UTDR SoupGen - Offline Undertale/ Deltarune textbox generator with typewriting!
Spent the last two months working on my own textbox generator so that I didn't have to wait for servers to stop going down all the time. Now it's out! It's free, open-source, and completely offline. The key thing with this generator is that you can generate typewriting dialogue!
