Brother, you called the other poster a Munafiq. It is kufr to call another Muslim brother a munafiq without proof (Sahih Bukhari 6103). Indeed we do not know of his relationship with Allah, and indeed Allah is Al-Hakim, the final judge.

Your statement is not problematic, but your interpretation of what an Islamic state is, is very problematic.

On August 11th, 1947 Jinnah declared to the Pakistanis:

"Your are free! Stay free! In your country of Pakistan, you may visit your mosques, temples, or places of worship. You may belong to any religion or caste or creed, that has nothing to do with the business of the State. We are starting with this fundamental principle that we are all citizens and equal citizens of one state."

After Jinnah passed away, the Objectives Resolution was passed against his will which changed Pakistan's name from "Dominion of Pakistan" to "Islamic Republic of Pakistan".

You call for these points:

Blasphemy and sacrilege is a death penalty offense (very broad terms, you can basically get anyone assassinated by the government by claiming they were blasphemous, this also violates basic human rights principles)

Qadianism is banned and Qadianis are stripped of citizenship (you can't "ban" a movement, they just shift underground so you cna't monitor them, which is worse, and banning a religion goes against human rights principles and the Pakistani constitution. stripping qadianis of citizenship would lead to three problems. one, human rights violations, two, stateless pakistanis who committed no crime other than difference in religion, three, you can strip anyone's citizenship whom you can claim as qadiani)

Parda and segregation of women is enforced by police (dude tf is wrong with u? apni aankein neechay rakho, the reason it is commanded in islam is because its a test of your religion. if you need the fucking state to do your religion for you, how strong IS your belief in allah? do your part, lower your gaze)

Polygamy is legal (it already is, as for whether it should be illegal, i think if all parties have no problem with it, im not one to judge)

Zionist state illegally occupying Jerusalem is never recognized (it already is, and also i agree wirh u on this one)

Kashmir is never surrendered to Bharat (we dont have kashmir, so we cant surrender it even if we wanted to, as for gb and ajk, all the ppl ive met from there are proud pakistanis and liken their cause to the one of the palestinians)

Courts must make all judgments according to Shariat and thereafter Fiqh Hanafi (who decides what is fiqh hanafi? do you follow the deobandi model? the barelvi model? and what about the millions of sha'afi, maliki, hanbali, and ja'fari muslims? will you also label them as kuffar and take away their citizenship? grow up.)

Judges must be qualified graduates from Sunni Islamic madaris and not clean shaven slaves of English common law ( bhae 😭, humaray aalu walay bhaion ka kya kasoor? un se bhi parda karwai ge kya? 😭😭😭 khair, your judges will be heavily biased if you source all of them from madrasas, and you'd have so many well-educated law degree holding exprienced judges leaving the country becuase iss pagal ne decide kiya all judges are from madrasa, this is also dumb for like 9 other reasons i wont get into)

Urdu is the national language, no status for provincial or obscure languages (Sindhi, Punjabi, Pashto, Potohari, Hindko, Balochi) (urdu mein aesa kya islami hae??????? prophet urdu bolte they kya?????? also you dont know the supply of guns in rural villages, and how will you enforce it???? the whole country will topple because you will try and take away people's culture from them. and personally, if my government took away mendi sohni hindko from me, the response would be in bullets)
