How to obtain a Russian birth certificate from 1939?

Hiya, I’m struggling to find information on this so I was hoping you can help to provide some guidance. I'm building my family tree and can't find much information on him nor his parents.

My grandad was born in Saratov 1939, name Vyacheslav Artiomov. Having married my nan in Lithuania in the 60s and moving there - I live in the UK and was wondering how I can go about retrieving his certificate?

Lost my cousin 1 year ago and still can’t get over it

My cousin committed suicide at 24, had his troubles but was a loving guy and full of light. He was my role model although 4 years apart and we would find comfort in speaking to one another every week. He lived quite far away from me and I couldn’t see him as much as I wanted too but the moments we did spend together I do look back on fondly. We’d joke we were like brother and sister.

He was going through a lot at the time with his girlfriend who decided to abort their child he wanted to keep. This evidently made him spiral although they just got a home together and he finally got a car.

Anything you could tell would be much appreciated, I miss him everyday.

Will ancestry help me find anything?

I’ve become growingly curious about my lineage and where my roots are from as we are Lithuanian’s but I know mum’s side are primarily Russian.

I rarely speak to my grandparents but I have attempted to find out about my great grandparents - they have remained quiet and almost secretive. They don’t disclose the graves of their parents as they don’t want us to access it and are still quite angry with their parents from what I’ve gathered due to the little stories I’ve heard there and then.

Attempted to reach out and have been completely aired!

I don’t know my grandma’s maiden name but she was born in Lithuania. Grandad’s last name is Artiomova and was born in Saratov. That is all I know.

Would ancestry be able to uncover a bit of my family line or just the DNA part?

Where in my chart shows I'm just beneficial for others as a carer or therapist?

Since I can remember my parents have been highly dependent on me, I am present at every appointment, translating and writing. Almost like a second mum to my brother. As well as people I have only met for the first time will open up and tell me their problems and ask for advice
