Scrub brush for bird shit on hardie plank?

Looking for a recommended scrub brush I could use on my exterior walls to clean bird poop and cob webs off before painting? Ideally something on Amazon. Also, looking for a sponge attachment to clean algae off of my metal roof.

Thanks so much!

Sorry Amazon, you dont pay enough where I live to deliver at night

My local (rural) warehouse has been offering only evening deliveries (5pm-8:30pm). Some routes I can get done by 7:30, other routes take up to 8:15. I'm driving a shit-ton of miles. Pay is close to $1.25 per mile for some routes.

It seems like every 3rd house has a "No Trespassing!" sign or a "Beward of Dog!" sign. I'm driving into compounds in the woods or in farmland. I'm driving an unmarked car into homes with deep driveways. People often wonder wtf I'm doing there.

I hear drivers in the city not wanting to put "Delivery Driver" signs on their car for fear of people following them and robbing them, but im actually the opposite. I need signs on my car when I enter compounds so I dont get fucking shot. Thoughts? People seem to get sketched out and watching me through the windows when I pull up in my unmarked car, especially down 1/4 mile driveways.

I am able to finish my routes before dark right now, but that wont be the case in a few weeks. At that time, im going to go back to doing other gig work. Does anyone else feel the same? I've done these routes at night in the woods, scanning houses with a flashlight, pulling into wrong half-mile driveways and it seems like an excellent way to get shot.

Do you alternate between difficult games and easy games?

I just did a guantlet of both Blasphemous games on Switch 2, then capped it off with my first taste of Grime 1 on PC. I'm honestly so exhausted of getting my ass kicked. I crave something easy. I just started BO: Path of the Tea Lotus and am hoping it doesn't get difficult.

I dont want a difficult game right now. I'm not sure what to do, other than play Tetris. I just bought an N64 and Wave Race because I think I'm feeling fatigued with super hard games. How to balance difficulty with ease? Thoughts?

Panic Disorder

EDIT: Panic Disorder = fear of a panic attack

Today im back to baseline. That wasnt the case a few years ago.

I dont want to say trigger words or describe the way I felt back then. Let's focus on the positive.

I went to a few hospitals, and some of them told me the same thing. I can say one thing, FOR ME, is that REM sleep is super important. REM sleep is sleep that you dream in. When I drink alcohol, I dont REM sleep very much.

I thought my issue was cafffeine, but it wasnt. I thought my issue was alcohol, but it wasnt. My issue was lack of REM sleep. Alcohol, prevents REM sleep. Im not interested in going into the details of why alcohol stops REM, but it does.

My panic disorder, in my mind, with help of professionals, was associated with high heart rate. Therefore, caffeine triggered my panic (fight or flight) response. I remember thinking "who can sit in a room and make their heart rate 180?"

Today, i drink caffeine with impunity. I love the smell of fresh coffee and I enjoy it. Sure, I get a little more shaky than most, but I feel somewhat normal.

I can even have a couple glasses of wine, but I have to be VERY careful. I need to go to sleep sober, so I can have quality REM sleep.

Somedays I wake up and my first thought is, "did I dream?"

I cant tell you why, but dreaming, REM sleep, has been my way out of anxiety.

TO MY FRIENDS STILL SUFFERING:

"If you find yourself in hell, keep on walking!"

Keep moving forward, no matter what it tells you. Robotically, take the next step forward. Keep doing it. It doesnt matter why, keep moving forward, dont quit. move forward until something physically stops you. move forward like a person with no arms on the beach of Normandy. Move forward!
