If you are a person who is stuck in the rut of job hunting, resume tweaking relentlessly, Applying, and getting burnout in the entire process till you dont even have the energy to put in the job that you are selected in. I am starting a discord to build something for you guys (and me).

The absolute worse is to tweak the resume as per ATS, JD, XYZ, ETC. OH MY GOD.
The amount of frustration of hitting the absolute note for the selection process against the industry standard of resume making, where half of the things are not even true,
it just breaks my head to see that 90% of people who are amazingly talented don't even get selected because they can't show the "metric" in their resume.
What an absolute shitshow.
Imagine a president making a resume, Served X years as a president for country Y. sounds horrible isn't it.

I am an experienced professional with a stellar track record of implementing, leading and optimising tech solutions for enterprises and startups with around 4 years of experience.
Currently I am consulting for a fin-tech company which are early stage in India. I am leading there technicalOps, Architecture Decisions and Infrastructure outcomes.
But I am fascinated deeply with regtech wave in EU. I have had a fairshare of starting a GRC startup of my own in India but it did not work out as expected for SMBs in India, the problem is the buyers are not risk averse and generally don't care about compliance as deeply as EU Counterparts. So here I am, looking for Early stage founders in EU, I can help then get to scale technically.
But I am also open for other roles as well if there are founders who are looking for a person with provable deep expertise over their 0-1 Infrastructure solutions.

I am looking for new challenge as a person who have handled multiple hats now continuously in my career of around 4 years. I have worked as a remote engineer, lead engineer, and a deep infra engineer for quite some good companies and also startups across their journey from Bootstrapping to funded. Currently I am consulting for an early FinTech startup in India with their Architectural and Infra decisions as they are scaling out.
But I am very much interested in Cyber governance and compliance tech that EU has been working towards since a little longer now, have tried starting something of my own (GRCTech) which did not kinda work out well here in India, did learn alot, but I am looking for founders in RegTech or Related Industries who are earlier in their game where I can contribute to.

Sooo, Yeah! UTS is offering me a 15% scholarship to pursue MS in AI. Which is Highly recognized, and I want to be equipped with the knowledge so I dont end up choosing wrong in today's market.

Hi, as title says, I have an offer from UTS sydney for MS in AI with a 15% scholarship on my tuition fees (Irrelevant but still a browny point for me),
Would like to know how is it? what can I expect, is it good or bad in current time to come and join.
Personally I am feeling very anxious with the thought of taking a risk with this job market right now, but I am already 3+ years experienced in DevOps market in India and have worked in well known companies. The reason for me to go for UTS is because of AAII and research driven roles next.
