Is it that easy to have gender dysphoria?

I swear to literally everyone I know I am cis and "normal" (everyone is normal) and all that bs but I've been feeling this pit in my stomach every time I am reminded of my birth sex and this has been an active issue for 7 years now.

It's absolutely not body dysmorphia because I think I objectively look good and I have a wonderful bf who makes sure I know of it. So why do I still feel like this? Is gender dysphoria really just that? Feeling disgusted with your body and gender? I swear there used to be so many more criteria a decade ago so I feel lost

I don't go outside or attend university lectures anymore because I don't feel good going outside the way I am, and I don't even feel like this is about what others think. I could be trapped on a lost Island and still suffer from this. I get excited thinking about the future and being 50 years old eventually but I then also remember I'd be a middle aged WOMAN, a MOM, an AUNT. And it makes me want to not make it to any age at all.

I didnt even go through any trauma I genuienly just am like this, even after waiting for puberty to end.

Advice for having a big chest?

My size is a 70F (EU) and while I do have a well fitting bra it keeps upsetting me that my clothes dont look good with my tiddies because I have a very androgynous/neutral style and prefer to only wear loose jeans and slim tshirts. My chest is making any shirt that I have look bad on me. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the issue?

I cant stand being a woman bruh

I dont know what it is but i've been feeling incredibly weird in my body and I'm never sure how to explain it to anybody. I look in the mirror and don't get who's supposed to be looking back at me. I have short black hair and I'm only 5'4, on top of that im also the victim of a big cup size. People tell me they're envious but I dont get it at all. I want kids and a happy life but I only look towards the future until i remember i am a woman. It genuienly makes me not want any future at all.

What makes all of this so much worse is my bf hearing me complaining and thinking I feel ugly or something, which I don't. What does someone make of not being insecure but just feeling like all of this ain't for me?

I dont like looking like a woman

I have this massive problem where I'm stuck only feeling somewhat liveable in a thick black hoodie and long pants because I really dont enjoy looking like a woman. but im not trans. I just have F cups despite being pretty thin and i feel ridiculous wearing literally anything because even thick sweaters dont hide my shape :(

Are there any other women coping with this?

burnout is FRYING me

So im a 4th semester law student and i fricked up real bad by thinking i could take on 3 exams, all within the span of one month. I've done nothing with my life but study ever since my bf went back home (he's studying in a different country) and I've survived two of these exams (barely) but the third one is tomorrow and I'm not even halfway through the material because my brain's just been on strike for the past 4-5 weeks.

I don't know who's staring back at me in the mirror, im for some reason feeling very dysphoric about it, my entire family started comparing me to my abusive ex stepfather, i cant get up in the morning, my chest hurts. im so cooked

and its painful to watch because these exams decide wether i can continue studying law in the future

Im 19 and a law student but i've really noticed in the past few years that there must be something wrong with me because I really dont enjoy womens clothes. I wouldn't call myself a tomboy but I've never considered myself to be feminine at all. So I usually go out in baggy jeans, a mens tshirt and a hoodie maybe, but not the trendy type but stuff like geographic norway/superdry.

I'm kinda comfortable like this and I don't believe you should change yourself for anyone but I do always find myself feeling like I look worse than my friends because of this and it makes me feel a bit insecure unfortunately.

I have long black hair and bangs and usually only wear light makeup like mascara and thin Eyeliner but that's also about it. Does anyone have any advice on how I could just look a bit more put together (even if its more feminine then)?
