Looking for advice - constipation keeps coming back

I’m looking for some advice because this seems to be turning into a cycle.
About a week ago I got pretty backed up and ended up using a mini enema, which seemed to resolve it.
A few days later, though, I got blocked up again. I can still go, but it’s only small amounts, and I have to strain a lot for very little result. I’ve also noticed some pressure/aching that seems to radiate into my testicles when I’m really trying to go.
The weird thing is I’m not having severe stomach pain, nausea, or vomiting. I mostly just feel like there’s stool that won’t come out.
For background:
I have a prescription for Amitiza that I take as needed.
I used to take Linzess, but it worked too well and caused explosive diarrhea, so I stopped it.
I try to stay hydrated.
At this point, what would you try next? Would you start taking MiraLAX for a few days? Increase fiber? Something else?
I’m also wondering when people decide it’s time to call their GI doctor versus trying to manage it at home.
Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.

Dune 70MM?

When did the remaining showtimes go on sale for Dune in 70 mm imax at Lincoln Square? I know that the “event” showtimes went on sale a few months ago and sold out, but I’m looking for the other showtimes like for that Monday.

Hey everyone,
I have tickets for the Top Gun 40th Anniversary IMAX showing at AMC Lincoln Square on May 13 (7:30pm), which I know is a super in-demand show.
Right now I have:
a pair of seats in Row 3–4 (slightly off-center), and
backup “accessible/flexible seating” tickets where I’d need to bring folding chairs
I grabbed both just to make sure I’m in, but I’m trying to figure out what to keep.
Two questions:
For people who’ve been to Lincoln Square IMAX — how rough is Row 3–4? Is it still enjoyable/immersive, or more of a neck-strain situation?
Any proven tips for upgrading seats for a sold-out show like this?
Do better seats usually open up closer to the date or day-of?
Best times to check (morning, afternoon, right before showtime)?
Is it worth checking in person at the box office?
I’d love to get something more mid-row if possible, but not sure how realistic that is for this kind of event.
Appreciate any advice!
