My physical therapist has noticed some vestibular issues that are not bppv so she ask me to get a referral from my gp and he is referring me to Bryan and I'm wondering if anyone has had or knows anyone who has had any vestibular or autonomic nervous system treatment from them?

My physical therapist thinks there is a neurological barrier preventing my pt from being completely effective and recommended I look for one any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone manage to figure out good TENS unit settings to feel a light vibration on your sacrum to interrupt the gaurding signal without making the muscles jump?

I've been working with her for awhile and have tried breathing. Stretching, and coordination exercises and none of that made it worse but also didn't make it better either so she suggested we try internal work and im curious about what others experiences might have been.
