Here’s some pics my husband took. Did some light off-roading at the Gettysburg Jeep festival this weekend. It was a blast! Met some cool people and got to buy some cool mods (coming soon). Last pic is the trophy we got for the blindfolded driving competition. Only hit one cone 🤣

July 3rd, 2016 my dad took me out and let me shoot his Colt King Cobra .357 . I fell in love with shooting that day. It was the first pistol/revolver I have ever fired. Today in 2026, I purchased my very own after my 16 hour mandatory pistol safety course (New Yorkers know).
My dad is a 30 year vet and my biggest role model. He taught me shooting was a perishable skill, and if I don’t use it I lose it. I strive to make him proud.
What was your first handgun? And why did you choose it?

I’m at my wits end people. There are NO in depth videos on this. I have worked around the airbags, that is not my issue here.
There are rubber seals in between the trim and windshield where the bungees are supposed to thread through. I cannot get them past it. Another concern is compromising these seals. The sunshade I purchased came with instructions but all the photos are that of an older model wrangler. I’ve seen forums of people who were able to install theirs, but no mention of this problem. Main concerns online are for the airbags in the rollbars, I have installed spacers to prevent the bungees from wrapping around these.
Anyone have any insight before I make a return?

He came home from his fathers house with what looks like bites/a rash. There is bruising underneath as well. It has gotten worse over the last day or two. I’m waiting for his doctors office to open this morning, but I want to rule out bedbugs before anything.
I’m trying to limit how much I put in this post because I will be taking his father to court, over this and much more. I’m beyond angry and scared for my son.

I got a letter from the IRS that I’m owed $3000 from last years tax return. Apparently they attempted to send a check and it expired in march.
When I called the number on the letter, after a three hour hold they said I called the wrong department and transferred me to another hour long hold which I’ve since been hung up on.
If it weren’t for the amount I honestly wouldn’t even bother. If the number on the letter I was sent wasn’t correct which department do I even call?
