(AZ) AC going to over 85 and maintenance is no help

We live in a rented apartment and have been complaining to the apartments for almost 3 weeks now because it is getting over 85F inside. The thing is the AC is blowing cold and will eventually get to its set temperature of 75 at the early morning hours, but by the time it gets 1pm we are over 80 and then 85 by 3pm. We don't change the thermostat and every time maintenance comes in they do a test or something and say everything looks good and leave.

I do live in Phoenix, Arizona and know that there is a law that rented units should not exceed 82F and that the AC has to be a permanent one. Its been 3 weeks and they have given us a mobile AC unit for the window but my electric bill is going insane having that running with the normal AC. Don't really know what to do at this point

Inconsistent pricing update

When the merch opened up again it said the baseball jersey was $85 but the normal website said it was $80. I've already use my code to get into the store and can't again, but if you notice any other pricing inconsistencies you should be able to reach out and have them honor the price on the website

Website merch prices not accurate

With the merch store opening again I noticed that the prices on the Celebration Website merch preview are cheaper than what they are actually selling for. And no the $85 doesn't include taxes and fees because it ended up being $96 after everything.

Can i just add a transmission fix or do i need to drain and replace?

I have an 03 s10 4.3L rwd and the transmission slips in lower gears. Am i just able to add some lucas transmission fix or will that overflow it and i should do a whole fluid change?

2010 250 not starting

Just got a 2010 250 and its not starting. It was dropped off so never actually saw it run. I've tried putting the battery on a tender and swapping the ignition fuse but no luck. Kick stand up, key on, clutch pulled, kill switch on, but no lights sounds or anything

It takes 30 minutes to cool 1 degree

Its getting hot in arizona again and its currently getting to 100+ F a day. I noticed my apartment is getting super warm so i set up a time lapse and saw that it takes just about 30 minutes to cool from 80 to 79 F. I am on the 3rd floor (top floor) and have the high vaulted ceilings. We always have it set to 72 so it let it get all the way to 80 (this is around 9pm and it does usually warm up since we get the evening sun (west facing apartment)). I even put a second thermometer there to make sure it wasnt broken.

Im renting so no hard on me for it being broken but i wanted to know if this is normal and the apartments are just going to say nothings wrong because its still cooling, or if this is something they'll actually fix.

I cant inspect the AC myself since its on the roof and roof access is behind a lock. I did also replace the air filter.

Lvl 16 zag talent "Mutalisk" says it reduces the cooldown of Hunter Killer by 0 seconds. in game it actually does reduce the cooldown so its not a huge deal
