I could buy either for a decent price but I’m not sure which! I also, don’t really know much about either!!

They recently like 3 hours ago annouced a merch collab for Ultraman with Digimon’s VPets! Digimon has actually been doing a lot of these lately Monster Hunter, Godzilla- Hell the Godzilla collab did so well they’re doing a new updated version on the Vpet Pendulum series and it even got figure merch.

However this collab appears to be the standard VPet version not Pendulum. “Mugen! What’s the difference!” This is the standard VPet just in color while Pendulum had additional training features that required you to shake the device for better training results. You could hypothetically wait and see if this does get a pendulum collab but there’s no guarantee.

Basically what to expect is slightly tweaked sprites from the v-bracelet line and possibly some collab Digimon mixed with the Kaijus. Greymon X Gomora would be hype~!!!

Kabutack and Robotack is sited as the reason metal heroes died because it was SOOOOO bad and it’s called the worse metal heroes show

However, the real reason was just because the metal heroes money went to Kamen Rider’s revival- in fact viewership wise Kabutack and Kuuga had the same amount of viewership averaging 9.7

So I got curious about the show and wanted to watch it and actually see if it’s bad or not and I found- zero subs.

A lot of us western fans are regurgitating the opinion these shows are bad but we quite literally can’t watch them, it’s just another Tokusatsu echo chamber opinion

(Again I’m clarifying western fans, there’s probably people here on the eastern side who has seen it)

We know Patran said he wants to become a Gavan! My idea was given that rumors heavily suggest Infinity will be Omegahorn either

1. He gets promoted to a new position that allows him to travel freely to chase the main big bad who goes to Omegahorn’s world

Or 2) Gets transferred and becomes the Gavan of Omegahorn’s world

And Patran will be the one to replace him on Infinity’s earth!

That or 3) They lose to the main big bad to set up a MCU-like franchise spanding villain and Infinity ends up stranded in Omegahorn and when he somehow returns sees Patran as the new Gavan

When talking about Sentai’s hiatus one of the main points the producers mentioned was the fact that Kamen Rider increasingly having more Riders basically stole Sentai’s main selling point.

And the first/second* instance of Sentai being cancelled was during Fiveman for not having good views or selling toys until Jetman’s story basically rebirth the series.

The interesting part I realized that the show that aired alongside of Fiveman? Special Rescue Police Winspector, the metal heroes show that would inspire GoGoV and Dekaranger? It had 3 heroes of various colors, basically poaching Sentai’s selling point. Fiveman’s viewership average was 6.5 while Winspector was 12.8- Nearly DOUBLED!!! So another toei show having more than one hero was always an issue for Sentai as a whole. So it’s incredibly interesting this happened twice!

*I say first/second because technically it was the first instance of Sentai being considered for cancellation however, after Ohranger that’s when Goranger and JakQ was retroactively included into the series but technically JakQ was cancelled. Which retroactively made the Fiveman situation the second time.
