Public's Hypocrisy on nazrul/tagore

Ppl (especially in Facebook) praise Nazrul when he comes up. Meanwhile, if Tagore comes up, they call him "Indian dalal" and that he supposedly said "murkher deshe kiser school" and "shahabagi"

Do they not know that KAZI nazrul islam was a indian for most of his life? He lived in Asansol most of his life and wrote in west Bengal most of his writings. Only in end of his life he came to Bangladesh.

Also, Nazrul was a very leftist poet. He wrote about equality, tolerance, rebellion and secularism. He also opposed partition and religious states. He even wrote shyama Sangeet and other Hindu sangeet. I feel like the only difference is that nazrul has a Muslim name thats why he is preferred more. He literally took inspiration from tagore.

If BD conservatives read even a little bit of nazrul's writings What'd you guys think they'd say?

Hindustani media at it again

This post is straight up LIES. It's not even like exaggerated claims or anything, it's blatant lies.

Indian right wing makes every Hindu death a communal matter. It's bread and butter for them. Seriously? How is the religion relevant in this? 13 million Hindus live in a country of 170 mil. Of course there will be murders between people or sadly family kilings. Yes, some communal tensions are there but most hindus aren't killed for their religion!

Not only that, news reports show that the accused PERPETRATORS Mugdho and Siddhartha were both Hindu. That already doesn't make any sense. The poster claims Islamists did it and the girl was Raped, burned, acid etc. and also about the fake 12 year old son or "him getting circumcised". There's no claims of all of these happening. None. Killers haven't got any links to any of these.

The Right wing Hindutva IT cell of India is at its max capacity to fracture relationships and try to cause Hindus to rebel against other religions by spreading misinformation. He then blames the leftists for whatever reason and almost Every sentence has the word Hindu in it.

Please, report these types of posts, always verify sources and DON'T engage with them if possible

I HATE the sexualisation of Step family relations

It's literally ruined family dynamics, thanks to a certain industry which made those videos with washing machines where the step sister gets stuck and you know what happens next. The category spread like wildfire and everyone jokes about it

It's literally Fking people in the head. They think that step family members are some objects like they see in the videos. For those who do, it's so awkward to tell people you have a step sister or mother because they'll think about the perviest shit possible and then make the entire thing awkward.

Basic family relations, regardless of if they are related by blood or not should stay normal not sexualised.

Who do you feel are some underrated players In WC 2026 that no body talks about?

I think it's Mustafa Shoubir, The Egyptian Goalkeeper. He carried Egypt against Belgium and was phenomenal Vs Australia, Iran, NZ and Even against Argentina too. It's unlucky they faced afg.
