Anybody able to help me find this shirt? This may or may not be a familiar character to you lol

I know it’s old English but what font name exactly? I’ve seen multiple types of old English. I’m specifically looking for the “S” containing the windmill font. Bonus points if you can help me find the entire wording font which I could also use. Please help!
