So today after watching almost every video possible on YT I bought a Daikin FTKL 1.5 ton 3 star ac. I asked the sales executive about the claim of 5 years comprehensive warranty and was told that it covers gas refills. I live near a STP plant and due to moisture face corrosion issues every how and then. The sales executive told me that apart from spare parts the gas refill will also be covered albeit i have to have 2 services every year which will cost 750/- and i can get unlimited gas refill.

I want to ask those who have a 5 year warranty whether these claims hold any good. Also they told me to get an Anti corrosive liquid coating additionally for ₹1000 for future proofing the coils. I asked my local service guy and he told me to buy it from him at a reasonable price. Should i opt for it or do i get it done from Daikin service executives only.

We have been shipping to UAE via sea freight but due to an ongoing standoff in the gulf we have not been able to resume exporting. We however thought of exporting perishable items via air freight. We took some ideas from the exporter and realised that it is costing us thrice as much as the perishable items itself to export via air.

We were initially planning to export from Delhi, the quote starts from 250-300/kg. Even if we send 1 ton, we will be in loss. I am wondering how people who are actually sending perishables via air cargo are actually making profits? I see that a few items are exported daily from India. How are they able to do it?

I am a first time exporter of air freight . I wanted to know the exact process from Airport (India) to Airport ( Abroad). Does anyone know the actual process involved? I have a few perishable items which require immediate shipment. I know some who can take care of the shipment once it gets offloaded. I want to know how to send the shipment from India via Indigo, Air India etc.
