Squat 170kgx4, chin 70kgx2 @ 73kg

End of block heavy sets. Squats steadily improving, 3x bw this year maybe. Tried a block of training chins to see if I could be stronger than in pull up but seems not as I am not close to my best pull of 75kg x2.

No dip/mu max out due to some rotator cuff issues. Might also be affecting the chins as I can see it is uneven pull.

Weighted chins +35kg x12 @73kg

Programmed sets of 5 at 35kg, currently building back up after a competition in April. After 4x5 it felt too easy so decided to check where strength is with an AMRAP.

Ready for some heavier weights again I think!

Building some volume this block after competition in april. Started at 4x8 with 25 kg a few weeks ago, maybe will go to 8x8 at 30kg to have good conditioning before switching back towards lower reps.

RPE 6-7. 4th week back to deadlifting after several years break just training squat only. Will go for 1RM 190-200kg next week. Seems my deadlift follows my squat well, always 10+kg ahead even without training it.

Any advice on form? Feels like my shoulder is a bit in front of the bar and slack pull is not smooth but feels powerful like this.
