I just bought a used 2023 Ryvid Anthem the bike rides great but the seat actuator does not work and the seat is stuck up too high is there any way to get the seat to come down or do i just need a new actuator??

Great bike with only 5k miles on it but the seat actuator does not work has this happened to anybody else??
