I'm adding this here because there seems to be some confusion about installation revolving around the admin username and password for the INSTALLATION SESSION. Which you are only in until you restart.

Note: If you are coming from windows and want to keep it you need to set up a partition so you can dual boot. Do this with the windows disk manager first (easiest route) so that you can just select your new partition with the automatic partition option during installation. Otherwise you can just select your main hard drive.

If a mod could pin this.

It seems like they are no longer employing americans or service members. Been getting indians lately. Nothing inherently wrong with that, though I would prefer they employ the people the state they are there to serve.

No, the problem is, it seems, that everyone is using the same outsourced customer service provider. Every time. With out fail. They drag the calls out for, sometimes, hours. Something that took 5 mins before it now 45 mins. WTH is this. It's always beating around the bush, oh my computer isnt working, oh the form didn't go through. "Oh how is your day?" Like seriously.

There has been a big influx of fake, non-subscribing profiles recently. It's already hard enough with how dead the apps have all become.

Also non-subscribers repeatedly looking at your profile is annoying.

It's a pain in the but to download 2014 if you need to reinstall it on fresh hardware/os. Times out frequently and has such a slow rate. I'm never going to use RS+ I have a majority of the songs on 2014 and any model that takes songs I paid for away from me is a bad model. RS+ is apparently not great anyways.
