Can anyone explain what happened to me on terminal? [Discussion]

So basically after killing the 4 BD at the seaport terminal, I went to loot the crate for the BD keycard. While I was looting, I got shot in the back and died, when I loaded out, I died to a PMC named "fromhere1989". I am SO confused

Anyone versed in tech willing to help me figure out performance on ASE modded?

Hey so I recently build a new computer, a massive upgrade from the old one and am actually getting worse fps with almost identical mods to the ones I used on my old pc.

The specs for the upgrade are listed below:

GPU 2080 -> 5070

CPU i7-8700 -> Ryzen 5 9600x

RAM 32gb ddr4 2666 MHz -> 32gb ddr5 6000MHz

Im playing on 1440p now but I find it hard to believe that thats the only thing causing such low fps. (low 50's) I know modded takes more load but i thought a beefier computer would handle it better. The main mods im playing with are Primal fear and Ark Genomes. I even used to host a non-dedicated session for my friends with max host tether distance and still got better performance. I'm thinking about disabling genomes, as it seems to me like all of the fog/clutter from that mod might be causing massive performance drops.

Looking to sell my soon to be old gaming pc, no idea the value, pls help.

So i'm looking to sell my gaming pc as I'm building a new one and need help figuring out the value. Ill first list the specs:

Gpu: RTX 2080

Cpu: Intel i7-8700

Memory: 32 GB DDR4 2666 MH/z Corsair Vengeance

Mobo: Msi mortar b450m

480 GB SSD

2 TB HDD

(I'm not sure of the power supply nor how to check.)

So with the main components listed, ill now provide some issues I've had with the pc. The first is more of an annoyance than anything, I believe the GPU has some sort of faulty hardware that causes the fans to shoot up in rpm when under even medium load, making it quite loud. I've tried a thousand different fan controllers to no avail. The next issue is much more of a functionality problem. So the pc will occasionally freeze entirely, i'm able to move the mouse and click, but nothing will happen, discord will stop any input or output for anywhere from 5-45 seconds. I've noticed that when this happens, the CPU usage will jump to 100% in task manager and the CPU interrupts task will appear. Regardless, I've not been able to get to the bottom of this and the last thing i'll try before selling is a full factory wipe to see if that fixes it. To be honest I'd be happy to get $400-$500 from it, given its issues, but i'm really not sure. Thanks for any replies and help!

Building my first pc on a roughly $1800 budget.

Edit: The $1800 is including tax so its realistically more like a $1600-1650 budget.

As the title says I'm, im building my first PC and I think I honestly have a pretty good thing going here (given insane ram prices), but wanted to get some techies opinions. For starters, here is my pcpartpicker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Yz9QPf

Another question I had is just how much of an upgrade this would actually be, considering the pc I currently have has a 2080 and i-8700. I wanted to get the 7800x3d bundle from microcenter, but was disappointed to learn that they do not ship so I settled on this. I game in 1080p (for now).

Help with adding fiber into my diet.

Hi everyone. As the title says I'm wondering about some easy ways to add fiber into my daily intake. The problem I run into is that everyone says fruits and veggies. However, I am allergic to every fruit I have ever tried, and quite a few veggies as well. Almost all of the aforementioned fruits and veggies make my throat and tongue very itchy after even just a bite or two. I hardly cook at all, I'm in nursing school and I'm also quite frankly pretty lazy. I'm just wanting to add some easy fiber into my diet because I know of all the health benefits. I honestly am looking to see if anyone knows of some easy like microwavable type meals or 5 minute stuff rich in fiber. Or even some stuff I can just add to my meals to increase the fiber in them. I know microwaved meals can be high in sodium but one problem at a time, right? Side note, I dont like the texture of beans about 65% of the time. It's hit or miss. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this, and even more so to those who respond!

My first time actually pulling off a good EQ flash. Plat 4 elo. :)

I wasnt sure if I had time to eq again because I didnt know if I had enough attack speed yet but I probably shouldve at least gotten the extra E damage. Anyways.
