Has anyone ever applied in lums with a GED diploma or knows anyone who did?

ive got a question bout ged math. my prep is done ill be giving the exam in this coming week (ged ready) i jus wanna know is the test similar to what ged math teaches or is there any major difference? lmk

im 18 years old turning 19 this year in july and currently doing my cambridge AS exams my subjects are Maths, Computer Science and Business and honestly A levels has been a burden. I had average o level grades and my final percentage was 70. After consulting with my father im thinking of switching to GED as I heard its quite flexible and has less burden on student. Can anyone guide on how is it overall and can we register for it anytime or is there any specific time of the year and if anyone has ever switched from cambridge to GED lmk how ur experience has been
