Lifepro low emf vs Lifepro one person sauna

Lifepro has two one person saunas that are identical in spec. One is the $2K lifepro that's been reviewed by Matt Justice and has a higher emf than the Rocky Mountain, Heavenly Heat, etc

Lifepro also has a $2.6K low emf model with identical specs. Has anyone measured the ultra low emf model for comparison with both the Lifepro and the $5K models?

WIFI House Shutoff Valve and capping a sink and inside a wall.

I was planning to hire a handyman to install a new shutoff valve and remove/cap the lines of an abandoned sink inside a wall when I consulted contractor Google who told me I should use a licensed plumber due to code and insurance reasons.

I thought it was a straightforward job but now I'm concerned.

I need the handyman for everything else (cabinet removal, sheetrock repair and painting) so does this mean I have to go through coordinating the two trades - demo, plumber, then patch?

Also if you feel a handyman should do this - then would you have a concern that shark bites are only warrantied for 25 years vs soldering coper...

Time and Materials

As a customer, Ive always wondered why not just quote time and materials for small projects vs a fixed price with a time estimate.

That way if you encounter a problem - then you are paid for. Or in my case - even if there is scope creep.

I usually ask for that and indeed usually prefer it before someone comes over to take a look assuming I have appropriate photos. I've been a bit surprised at the resistance.

I'm talking about jobs that usually take 1/2 a day or a whole day although I've done it with paint jobs that are multiple days.
