On probation for aggravated robbery, I dont think ill have a warning to come with this failed Ua. But im praying for it. More classes etc... im waiting for a call back from my PO... what should I do ?
So i wanted to test the theory because of the situation im in. Does drinking 3-4 tablespoons of baking soda , 4 hours before a drug test actually work ?.. im waiting on the results which I highly doubt that it works.. my urine looked a little dark to me... but ill just have to wait and see . This is going to be my first failed Ua on probation so ill be ready for the consequences. I wanted to post this because there are people out there that want to know if if works or not , ill be your proof !
So obviously im on probation for agg roberry. Ive been good across the board about my fees , community service , and etc. Today I had a random UA , it will be my first failed Ua unless the baking soda trick works lol... so as of right now im waiting for the results to see what will happen. I talked to most people , they said id get more testing and probably drug and alcohol class first time around... Hopefully we'll see, Im waiting for my PO to get the results first , then ill tell her my side of the story about my relapse and etc. And that im taking full responsibility for my actions which is not good at all. So for anyone out there who is curious about the process I will let yall know what happens next !
Anyone know if baking soda cleans out you're urine for a drug test ? Im on it right now and I've got the shits real bad.. other than that im about to see if my urine passes the test , wish me luck lol

Im going through some things where I might be going to prison on a aggravated robbery charge and im thinking about doing my whole time instead of getting out early for parole... just so I aint gotta worry about any bullshit UAs , community service etc....How was yalls experience?? What is it like serving a long sentence? Etc
So as I explained before im on deferred probation for 4 years , im probably not going to make it , due to a dirty UA. From experience out there what could the judge sentence me too, depending on my criminal history which is clean , this will be my first conviction.. I just want to hear people's feed back on how many years you got for a similar case compared to mine if any out there

So im on deferred ajudification probation for aggravated robbery i understand that its a 5-99 which sucks but I did the crime now I gotta do the time. Moving forward i might be getting my first ever dirty Ua for meth as well, that being said Im hoping I get a stern warning and maybe more classes for therapy etc.. if not I feel the judge might sentence me then and there. If thats the case I hope its between 5-7 years with the possibility of parole only reason why im thinking low is because this is my first ever conviction, dont they base it off my record ? Or is it solely based off what the judge wants ? Any judges out there that can plead my case or lawyers ??
So I have another situation going on where I got into a car accident (totaled) not at fault, to where I should be getting a settlement check. The sad thing about it is im on probation and I might violate coming up soon (next couple of weeks) and might go to jail/prison. Do the lawyers on my car wreck case come to me (at the jail or prison) while im locked up and still have me sign off on my settlement to where I can still get it? Anyone know ??
Im about to have my next check in for probation, for a year and a half I've complied with all the surrounding areas of probation (community service, classes, fines..) all drug tests have been fine. So moving forward for my next check in , I guarantee shes going to give me a urinalysis and it'll be my first dirty for meth. What will happen next ? Anyone been here before?
