I took an emergency contraceptive Julie on I think the 21st of June. My period came on June 2nd last month and I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative ( thank god) so I’m just looking forward to what to expect. My periods always come around the 30th or 2nd of the month.
I am in a lot of pain in my left groin it’s stabbing pain, I just got my results back today confirming a uti but I had been dealing with uti symptoms weeks before I was able to see my gynecologist. I just took the first antibiotic but when I say pain I am in pain curled over in ball.
I am 23 years (Female) 5’7 223 lbs.
I don’t know what’s going on with me —I feel my body breaking down everyday, the fatigue has gotten so bad this year, my brain fog is really bad, I don’t sleep during the night, I have constant headaches, tingling in hands and feet, occasional fluid retention in retention in ankles and feet. Also constant joint pain in my knees. Eye pressure. Ive always been hairy since a young age, but this past year the hair on my face has grown crazy. My periods are normal so I wasn’t worried about pcos.
Ever since I had my twins along with my gallbladder removed three years ago my body has gone completely down hill. Idk what to do anymore, I’ve asked my doctor for numerous tests idk if she’s clueless or just doesn’t care. My a1c came back normal, so I had her to check my fasting insulin because I know something is just not right with my body, I used to be so energized even as a mother and now I’m struggling to get out of bed. My fasting insulin came back high and she said to just watch my sugar, no other testing or anything. I just need advice I probably plan on seeing a functional medicine doctor but can I really afford it. I’m just so worried about my body because I’m barely functioning and I have two girls that need me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Like girls don’t know if they want to be my friend , enemy, or mfn girlfriend. This friend would always get mad if I hung out with other friends, but we spend time together but haven’t been recently cause we both been busy. But she randomly unfriended me two weekends ago when I posted another homegirl of mines and she deleted a message she sent me. And I texted her and said I didn’t know what her imaginary problem was with me but I find it weird when I always ask her to hangout she stands me up. And this was her response. Like the animosity runs deep I’ve always been the friend to like her stuff and call her beautiful, I haven’t in a minute because she never returns the favor and plus I have over 5k friends why does she think her shit is always gonna pop up??
I overslept for my second day hospital shift 😭 I started yesterday and it was soo busy I love the unit I was on but mid-shift my feet and back started killing me. When I got home my feet were swelling so bad and when i woke up this morning they were still swollen. I didn’t call in until two hours after my shift started cause I went to urgent care. I also work home health too. And I’m a mom of young twins . Any advice for keeping my body physically strong?

We were good friends, shes actually my prettiest friend! she’s pretty, I’m pretty so we naturally get a lot of attention. But idk lately over the past month we’d been kind of rocky. Like idk, it’s like if she sees me giving attention to my other friends she start acting weird as fuck! Idk if it’s because we’ve talked about doing sexual stuff in the past on some curious shit and there’s some underlying feelings there or what! But we’ve naturally always had a genuine friendship like going clubbing on road-trips ( that I paid for anyways cause she never had any “money”) etc. and I was upset with her because the past three times I’ve asked her to go out this month she stood me up kind of making excuses, and when we did go out last month with my cousin she got mad and wanted to go home early, after I addressed her about it. She said she didn’t want to be a “third-wheel.” Like girl what?? We were talking to you the whole time and I was trying to hold her hand too. I’m very mature and break my back for any of my friendships and I’m always able to talk through stuff but it’s like with her she’s so hot headed, stuck up her own ass, and does stuff on her time. She is my only friend that does this.
So ig with the unadding, she seen me post a different friend last weekend , and I seen she texted me this past Saturday but then deleted what she said before I seen it then proceeded to unfriend me. Like I’m kind of hurt about it cause that was my girl! I texted her asking her what her deal is but she never responded so imma leave it be .. But it’s like I don’t understand if she may have been jealous of me this whole time, cause why would you get mad that I’m going out with someone else when I invite just us to do stuff all the time?

I was going to do two years here then apply to Howard in D.C but I kind of want to move sooner. I’m 23 y/o ever since I had my gallbladder removed 2 1/2 years ago life has been hell. Everytime I have a flare up ( bile gastritis ) I don’t have an appetite I’m so drained. I really think it’s because my stomach isn’t absorbing the nutrients it needs. My iron saturation was low, but I never got my vitamin b12 or d levels checked. I have a horrible GI doctor.
Has anyone else experienced nutrient deficiency from this?
Please I need advice I’m already taking multi vitamins nothing is working and my daughters need me.
