Another low GPA post HELP!

You guys are probably tired of hearing these Low GPA posts. But I genuinely am seeking advice for how to write my letter of intent and personal statements.

For background into my academic profile my GPA is a 2.5 I breezed through with grades. However I did one undergrad research assistant with one of my professors. Another I did another research with Cahsi LREU. Not only was it 10-14 weeks of intensive work but we were flown out to San Diego and presented our research at a GMIS conference along with other known schools.

Apart from research I was heavily involved with extracurriculars. I volunteered at clean ups for my school. I was the president and Vice President of 2 clubs at my school.

How can I sort of offset my GPA? I know GPA is very important and the school I am applying for claims to be Holistic but I dont know. This whole situation has me beating myself up because I would do anything to just go back and try harder.

Rutgers Newark vs New Brunswick Masters

I recently graduated from another NJ university and am looking into master's programs at Rutgers Business School. When I started the application process, I noticed many of the programs I'm interested in seem to be based out of Newark rather than New Brunswick.

For anyone who attended RBS for graduate school, is there a difference in admissions competitiveness between the Newark and New Brunswick campuses? Is Newark generally easier to get into, or are the programs simply housed there?

Also, from an employer perspective, is there any difference in how an RBS degree from Newark is viewed compared to New Brunswick, or are they essentially considered the same Rutgers Business School degree?

I'd especially love to hear from anyone in the MBA, MITA, Supply Chain, or other business master's programs.

Thanks!

Anyone trade in for the Gx550?

I currently own a 2018 Lexus GX460 and absolutely love the vehicle. I've only put about 15,000 miles on it since owning it, and it's been incredibly reliable, comfortable, and capable. One of my favorite things about it is the naturally aspirated V8. The engine feels smooth, sounds great, and gives me confidence that it'll last forever with proper maintenance.

That said, my brother bought one and I see them on the road and can't help but stare. Lexus absolutely nailed the redesign in my opinion. The boxy, rugged styling looks amazing, and it finally feels like the GX has the modern exterior I've always wished the GX460 had. It's honestly one of the best-looking SUVs on the road right now.

I've been debating whether it would be worth trading my GX460 in for a GX550, but I'm torn. On one hand, I love the updated technology, interior, and exterior design of the 550. On the other hand, I'd be giving up the proven V8 for the new twin-turbo V6, and that makes me a little hesitant.

-For new owners that came from a previous generation is this the best GX?

-Any regrets?

(This is my first time touching up paint please chill)

Tried to fix a rock chip that hit my front bumper on my 2025 Camry. I applied touch up paint and base coat and this is how it came out. uneven did I go too far and mess up the entire front bumper or could this be saved? I got the paint from Toyota. If anyone has any suggestions for grit sanding please let me know or videos to watch it would be helpful.

Suspension or Alignment issue?

Bought a 2025 toyota Camry SE in September and put about 8500 miles on it so far. When I first bought the car I thought it was so nice and the car drove effortlessly and I could relax and just flow with traffic.

Well im not sure if this is what caused it but I had my vehicle serviced and they rotated my tires and now I feel like the steering is so off. The car wanders left and right and I often have to keep correcting every second I drive and it's just a big headache. I even tried gripping the wheel as tight as I could not moving it and the car just somehow teleports to the right or the left. I dont know what it is is this a suspension issue or alignment? or could it be a bigger issue.

The way the car tracks is very random sometimes it moves too left other times it moves too right its never straight and when I drive to work my car is literally going left and right every second.

Time to rule out CSF Leak?

My father has had an ongoing CSF leak well that is what all the neurologists we visited said but his symptoms haven't been getting better

Hes had terrible symptoms dating back to December when he had terrible headaches and he had to get admitted to the ER where he was there for his first blood patch procedure. All CT scans Myelogram and MRIs were normal. In fact they couldn't even find a leakage point in his spine only that there were cysts.

His first blood patch was successful and it looked promising. He could walk and stand up again for longer periods of time. I think it was 2 weeks after he started to feel worse again so we had to drive him to the ER for another blood patch procedure. This time however his symptoms got worse and worse to a point he started vomiting a lot from the headache.

We then went to another hospital and he was treated again and again and luckily the symptoms of dizziness and head spinning causing his vomiting went away but his headache is still here.

It's extremely frustrating it's been 6 months with multiple blood patch procedures done and my father still has an ongoing headache. He has trouble getting up he can stand up for 2 minutes and then he needs to lay back down. He has ear ringing and buzzing and pressure in his head that hurts.

If anyone has any experience with CSF leaks is it always this painful? how was your experience and the duration of it?

2025 Camry SE alignment issues?

Bought a 2025 Camry SE in September. When I first got the car I thought the steering was great it drove straight I didnt have to correct and move it at all. Now that I drove the car for some months it's like a headache to drive I just can't track it straight and it moves left and right constantly like im fighting the car to keep it straight its very annoying.

I did my first toyotacare service and got my tires rotated but Im not sure if that is the culprit since there is no vibration in the steering wheel.

is this an alignment issue? and would this be covered under warranty?

we have the worst drivers

What is going on with drivers lately in New Jersey?

Everywhere I go, someone is glued to my bumper with those insanely bright LED/xenon headlights blinding me through every mirror. And it’s not even because I’m driving slow in the left lane.

Most of the time I’m in the middle or right lane just keeping a safe following distance. Then some wannabe Fast & Furious driver cuts across multiple lanes, gets two feet off my bumper, and starts flashing their lights like I’m supposed to start doing 95 for them.

I know people complain about traffic enforcement being too strict, but honestly I wouldn’t mind seeing more of these aggressive drivers getting pulled over. The reckless weaving, tailgating, and blinding headlights are getting ridiculous.

Looking for advice as the title says. Can anyone reccomend any projects where I can leverage my tech skills and get into procurement? Or if there is any courses or anything to practice and gain nessecary experience. How can I break into the field? all procurement analyst roles i apply for all call for < 2+ years of experience and I do not have that.

for background I graduated with a computer science degree and halfway through my studies I really wanted to hone down specifically on data analysis. During my time I began reaching out to faculty and discussing career plans and landed a research opportunity. I was an undergrad researcher for CAHSI. I was managing a lot databases , writing queries as well as making dashboards and transforming data into visuals. I also do have a lot of experience on excel and using advanced functions.

Thank you for your advice.
