I have discovered that libya is literally the pathaway for 80% of immigrants that come from africa , its the safest route for them and libya can get them pretty decent moneu as the country is the cheapest in gas , free taxes , no electricity bill and any kind of other bills. However due to the country lack of border control many Africans come illegally into libya and cause inflation as theyre not paying taxes and bill so they’re basically considered libyans . Real libyans out there are protesting about this and the government cant deport them all since they have rights or whatever and protest from all kind of africa that accuse libyans of being racist. This is important if we stop them from getting into libya then they have much lower chances into immigrating to Europe and theyre forced to go to other North African countries that has actual border control

Like literally i have my account on 21+ age group and barley see anyone that talks and if i counter them its most likely literally kids younger than 12 years old are talking through vc , i will get downvotes for this but atleast force everyone into face check before creating an account cause MAN i just wanted to try my childhood game.

I get piracy is bad or whatever these idiots think , but some people ain’t no way buying triple a games that cost 40-70 dollars , you Americans earn that in an hour or a day some of us in eastren Europe or 3rd world country these prices are like 30% of our monthly salary like who is spending that much on a game.

Games pretty much fun if you understand it but in the parts where it gets real fun and cinematic the games runs terrible which frames drops to like 30-40 and no its just not a small stutter that happens rarely it happens consistently that i forgot how 60fps looks like while playing … the problem is not the game itself its that the graphics are to high and detailed for 100players games and on PlayStation we are not allowed to change fps or either control graphics … so i was thinking about preordering hll vietnam but i think since they couldn’t optimize hll what makes you think it hell let loose vietnam will run any better?
Before you say anything i tried 2 different ps5 , the base one and the slim one and even my friend on ps5 pro has the same issues but not as much as me..
I said what i wanted to say because its clearly unplayable for me on ps5 after 54hours i quit

I recently bought a new Toshiba external hard drive (yesterday) after my old one broke.
Now I’m having a strange issue with the new one.

Problem on PS5
When I plug it into my PS5, it detects the drive but says it’s not supported, meaning I likely need to format it to exFAT or a compatible format.

Problem on Windows PC
When I try to format it on Windows, I run into problems:
Windows says unable to format the drive
Disk Management doesn’t work
DiskPart (CMD commands like list disk, clean) also fail

Main Issue (IMPORTANT DETAIL)
When I try to access the drive or do anything advanced like formatting:
The drive suddenly disconnects from Windows
BUT the physical hard drive itself still seems to be spinning/working
Only the LED light on the enclosure turns off
Before it turns off, the light blinks a bit first
After that, Windows loses the drive

Weird part
On PS5, the drive stays connected normally (light works fine)
On PC, it disconnects only when I try to format or access it deeply

What I already tried
Different USB ports
Different cable
Disk Management
DiskPart (clean, etc.)
Restarting PC

( i used ai to help everyone understand my problem in simplest way)

My external hard drive accidentally fell on the floor while connected. Now when I plug it in, it makes a beeping sound and doesn’t show up on my PC.

I already tried different USB ports and cables but no luck. The drive spins a little then beeps.

Does anyone know if this is fixable at home or if the drive is completely dead? I mainly want to recover the files inside.

Any help appreciated.
