Managed To Reach Interview Trial 100!
I beat the omega whale in my region (3) as a F2P and got to take 1st. I’ll probably lose #1 tomorrow, but this is a major accomplishment for me since this proves I know team composition!

Currently #5 in hardmode completion with chapters 1-7 fully 3 starred.
Here’s my suggestions for clearing hardmode with 3 stars.
80%/90% Health at the end of battle (Sustain): Ermes (1 Copy S0) Substitute: Rubber Soul (Legendary, S11), Giorno (1 Copy S0), and Speedwagon (1 Copy S0). (Select 2-3 of these listed characters)
Defeat X Enemies (DPS): Jotaro (1 Copy, S1), Prosciutto (0, Copy, S0), Koichi (1 Copy, S0), and Ciocolata (0 Copy, S0) (Select 2-3 of these listed characters)
Attack Marked Target First: Ndoul (1 Copy, S1) Substitute: Squalo (Legendary, S6+), does the job extremely well and won’t get killed right away.
Defeat X Enemies and Defeat Y: Jotaro, Prosciutto, Ermes, Giorno, and Koichi or Speedwagon
Defeat X Enemies in X Seconds: Jotaro, Prosciutto, Koichi or Ciocolata + 2 Sustains
Multi-wave Fights: Place characters strategically to avoid being insta wiped. For example; 7-10 will insta kill any back liner during wave 2 if their health isn’t huge. Put the tank in front (duh) or behind if there are lane chargers. If using Koichi and Jotaro, put Koichi Behind Jotaro. People need to start reading the kits!
Gear: It’s pretty much cut and dry what characters need, the game even tells you what dramatic scenes are good on each character. Stats wise is also another common sense thing, the games autofill feature is pretty good, but if you want to fulfill a set, you should read the stats carefully and understand what it’ll do for your character.
Badges: Reading comprehension is also important here. Melee characters use melee badges, range use range, healers use Tonio, tank uses Secco (unless you’re Stroheim, then you’d use Santviento), and so on and so forth.
Collection: You’re either upgrading attack or health. Prioritize these two, defense is a luxury but going for attack and health gives you the biggest boost in survivability and DPS.
Guild Training: Same difference here, prioritize attack before going onto health, then go to defense to get to the next stage. The center enhancements are a Wild West right now so nobody really knows the correct order of things. But my thought process is upgrade the sustain to give them more survivability.
Gallery: Lock in and pull, you will not get this higher if you don’t take every opportunity to pull for a character. I’d even suggest getting the 10 pulls for 1000 in the mall. This has gotten me to the 300 pulls character selector (there’s no additional selector afterwards).
A lot of what has been mentioned above is somewhat applicable to Interview as well and World Boss. But with regard to World Boss, just check the leader board and see what people are using (you can also tap on each character to see how they’re built!). Arena is a whole separate mess which is just hell on earth to try and comprehend.
Somehow managed to get all the SSRs (3 Giornos, 2 Jotaros and Star Platinums, Magicians Red outside guarantee), almost all rares are S11 legendary, and a decent amount of SR copies as a F2P. This game is extremely generous and lowkey the 2nd most F2P friendly gacha game I’ve ever played.
I have been extremely lucky with my pulls and that has allowed me to progress a lot quicker than anyone else normally. I don’t think you need to spend money to properly enjoy the game, just take it at your own pace and do with what you have. The second you start spending is when you lock yourself away from the fun.
This battle was a struggle for me yesterday, and it’s still a struggle now.
NEW CONTENDER Kung Fu Tea on Washington: What's so special about this Kung Fu Tea versus the one in Dinky? They have actual food, and it's relatively cheap for campus standards! I highly recommend going for the TKK Wings Combo, the portions are surprisingly good for the price. They also have ramen and udon, although I haven't tried or order it.
Shuang Cheng: (612) 378-0208. Same as last time highly recommend the lunch special. Prices slightly rose late spring. You can call ahead; it'll save you a lot of time.
Subway: Get the app, use coupon codes from r/subway. Not worth buying without coupon codes (aka in-store). Can get a footlong for $6.99 or a footlong meal for $8.99!
Afro Deli & Grill: Order off their website! Chapati wraps are simply amazing. Unless you plan to eat here frequently, it's not worth making an account to obtain points. Prices were raised a dollar as of late spring, still a decent eating spot.
McDonald's: Get the app, exploit deals, and use points to redeem free food. Or just buy in-store; it's McDonald's. TIP: Save your receipts, fill out the survey, bring the code and get an extra sandwich/burger for free (can also order an additional deal at the store).
Raising Cane's: Can order online, could invest in a membership card, food's alright.
Nashville Coop: Canes, but much better (besides fries). Order online, invest in an account (there's actually a reason to do so). You can replace the pickles with Toast in the $13.00 Strips Combo. Don't buy the $15.00 Texas Toast Combo; it's a waste of money.
Chick-Fil-A: It's Chick-Fil-A. Order through the app; accumulate rewards. Free food Mondays after football games; just say "Kickin for chicken".
Pho Mai: $5 Pho on Fridays. Nough said.
QDOBA & Chipotle: Order online, skip the line, accumulate points, redeem rewards.
Feel free to drop other food places in the comments and explain why you recommend them.
In Flower Man, from 1:35 to 2:24, I get reminded of the infamous HI3rd chorus from Nightglow
Never let you go
It's why I did them all
For a chance at least
To live in your way
Love of you
Is my most cherished thing
So stay alive, bravely
It’s somewhat similar to what it sounds like in the original song 0:25 to 0:50 and 1:42 to 2:10. I don’t think this is at all intentional but I find this pretty sick that it somewhat matches musically and lyrically.
Here’s links to both of the songs so you can compare.
