Do you want a terrible logistic example? FedEx
Never use this company, ever. Run the other way, use other methods, but never rely on this company. Slow, expensive, customer service is useless and they'll retain your package for weeks even if the documentation is on point and already delivered. Not even good for national deliveries. Especially bad for importing packages. NEVER TRUST THEM. Use other alternatives.
There are customers who will not buy in your shop if you use them, or at least if you only offer them as an option. Always give alternatives or delist them from your business. Not worth it and will likely give you more issues. All reviews about them online are disastrous.
They'll fumble the documentation, or send the package to another country other than yours, or it'll ping-pong between locations without it actually reaching you. The delivery man lies about trying to give you your package and they're never on point, even after rescheduling the pickup date. They do absolutely everything wrong.
Save yourself headaches and customer complaints. Don't use FedEx. And most importantly, don't be like FedEx. They're the perfect example of what NOT to do if you want a successful logistics structure.
