Would you take micro-spikes for mid may?

For example I want to go up to Haifoss by the 332 road or do the hike above Skogafoss. Looking on the temperatures I believe I don't need them but I want someones opinion on that. TIA.

What's the fastest traction/stab control settings?

Hi! I'm quite new into Forza Motorsport (40hours). I started racing on multiplayer and I'm wondering what traction and stab control settings are best for me.

I tried founding it out myself and run a lot of laps in GT2/GT3 cars and the result is that I'm capable of fastest laps with traction/stab OFF, but I'm A LOT more consistent with traction/stab on SPORT.

What are your settings? Which are theoretically fastest?
Also is the rating system any reliable? It gives me 4880/5000 which sounds unreasonable given I just started.
