Pelvis open book fracture

Hi, I’m a 27-year-old male and I had an open-book pelvic fracture from a motorcycle accident 6.5 weeks ago. I had surgery and metal screws/hardware were placed. Since surgery, my doctor had me at 100% weight-bearing on my left leg, and I’ve been using a walker up until now. This Wednesday, my doctor said I no longer need weight-bearing restrictions and that I can stop using the walker.
However, I’m still having difficulty walking, so since this Monday I’ve been trying to walk using my left leg more while still using the walker. Right now, my left leg doesn’t really hurt when I use it — it just feels weak, probably because I haven’t used it much for a while. Overall, I haven’t had much pain since surgery. I can walk without the walker, but I limp and walk very slowly.
My question is: For those who had a similar injury, when did you get back to everyday life? Not walking perfectly, but when were you able to function pretty normally day to day?

Hey I need you guys opinions!

Hi, I’m 27 years old male. I had a motorcycle accident 6 weeks ago and fractured my pelvis. According to the X-rays, I broke it in two places and had screws/metal hardware put in. I saw my doctor today. Until now, I was using a walker with full weight bearing, but today my doctor told me I can stop using the walker and don’t have to worry about weight bearing anymore.
But personally, my doctor seems a little uninterested, and I’m not sure how to feel about it. For example, I asked when I could go back to intense activities like boxing or jiu-jitsu, and he said I could start slowly right away. I also asked when I could return to normal daily life, and he basically said, “Whenever you feel comfortable.”
What feels strange to me is that it’s only been 6 weeks, and most people seem to say intense exercise should wait 6 months to a year.
What do you guys think? Is it really okay for me to stop using the walker and start walking normally? I don’t have any pain at all — it just feels awkward and uncomfortable, like I’m relearning how to walk.

Hey guys need your help

Hello, my credit score is in the high 700s, and I leased a $100,000 car about 8 months ago. I’ve never made a late payment or had any issues with the account. I’m thinking about selling/trading the car soon, and I was wondering if that could negatively affect my credit.
About a year ago, I also got out of another lease after around 20 months. I’m concerned whether ending or transferring leases early on a repeated basis could be seen negatively by lenders.
Also, could this create any issues when applying for future loans or financing?
Thank you!

Hey y’all i need you guys opinion!

Hi, I had a head-on motorcycle collision exactly 4 weeks ago. I’m not sure exactly which bones were broken, but the two areas shown in the photo were fractured and repaired with metal screws/rods. I stayed 7 days in the hospital after surgery and then 7 days in a rehab center. Since then I’ve been at home using a walker.
The doctor told me not to put weight on my left leg for 6 weeks. About 1.5 weeks ago, I saw the doctor again, and he said not to put weight on it for 3 more weeks, and after that I could start walking with the walker. But honestly, my English isn’t very good, and I didn’t really feel like the doctor paid much attention to me, so I wanted to ask here and hear from people with experience. For the reference, I’m 27 years old male, super active and pain hasn’t been a problem
I know everyone is different, but usually how long does recovery take for injuries like this? I work as a server/waiter — when would it realistically be safe or reasonable to go back to work?
I like intense activities like weightlifting and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. About how long does it usually take before people can return to those kinds of activities?
Since the surgery, my left foot sometimes feels like blood isn’t circulating well, and it looks purple. But strangely, I have almost no pain at all. Is that something that can happen normally after surgery, or is it concerning?
When I’m sitting, my pelvis doesn’t really hurt, but it feels very tight and pulling/stretching. Is it bad to sit

Hey yall I recently got into an accident and fractured my pelvis and i lost consciousness and got airlifted to the hospital and I just got to rehab and finally felt better. Now I want to know what my bikes condition and I found a report of my accident and it says roll over. Does that mean my bike is not totaled?

Thank you
