Onko kaupungin vuokratontti turvallinen alueella jossa suurinosa asunnoista on kaupungin vuokratontilla? Mitä seikkoja hyvä huomioida ja uusiiko kaupunki sopimukset kun vuokra-aika päättyy? Kerrostalo asunto kiinnostaisi, joka on kaupungin vuokratontilla. Hinta 40-60t edullisempi kuin omassa tontissa ja sopimusta jäljellä 19v 200e/vuodessa.
Olen säästänyt omaan asuntoon vuosia ja vihdoin löytyi asunto hyvältä alueelta, tilava, asunto muuten rempattu paitsi kylpyhuone ja wc alkuperäiset. Asunto meni kaupaksi edullisesti verrattuna alueen yleiseen tasoon.
Sain säästöillä maksettua asunnosta 50000e samantien pois ja laina osuus jäi todella pieneksi. Muutamassa vuodessa saan sen maksettua pois.
Nyt jälkeen päin on ajatus asunnosta alkanut ahdistamaan ja paljon pyörinyt ristiriitaisia ajatuksia.. olisiko oma piha sittenkin ollut kiva, oliko ostos kannattava yms.
Jos joskus tuntuu niin todennäköisesti saan asunnon myytyä tai vuokralle jos en halua myydä pois. Onko tavallista että tulee tälläisiä ajatuksia. Oon aika nuori ja kyseessä ensiasunto 🥺
Kumman ostaisit asunnon luhtitalon ylä vai alakerrasta? Alakerran asunto on 35000e kalliimpi. Tulevaisuudessa ois ajatus laittaa asunto vuokralle kun saanut velattomaksi.

At first after the surgery there was a really strong halo phenomenon in my eyes from bright lights, e.g. indoor lamps, car lights. it has eased a lot over the months but it is still disturbing. is it still possible that it will ease more? my eyes are also really dry. i used contact lenses a lot for 15 years before the surgery. they also dried my eyes. how can i fix it ? 🥺🥺

I have tested the new ipl device. The skin reacted well to the test, it has not hurt. However, I noticed that some of the skin is whiter and I don't know if I'm imagining it or if I'm seeing a whiter mark. Is this pigmented skin and a side effect of the ipl device? Hi! is the ipl device safe? can it cause cancer or pigment changes. and is it normal for the skin to hurt after using the device? should I stop using it. starting to scare me. i'm pretty health conscious. i have a braun silk expert pro 5. It's a shame because the device was really expensive.
Tips for choosing a brown color mask? My hair is tinted with Wella Shinefinity 6/71. Such a lovely shade but it fades really quickly and I should try to maintain the color somehow between visits to the hairdresser 😅🥺 The intention is that the top would blend into my own base which is really road brown and cold-toned. There is old bleached hair on the top and my own color has grown a lot from the base.
I have tried a couple of different brown color masks on a test strip, including Maria Nila Beige Brown and some basic brown shade from the market and it has turned out too dark and warm 🥹 All tips welcome!! I would not like to go back to blonde again 🫡🙏
