How many palm trees would you like us to plant? Yes, Yes, Yes

Not in the UK but had to post this one, think they've gone a bit crazy with the tropical theme.

I do think the interior has been done really well but I don't understand the 2 separate houses, must be for when the couples fight & argue...lol. I wouldn't say no to living here though, going to need a big Euromillions win.

Info on Ouseburn Quays

Does anyone happen to know more about the Ouseburn Quays flats, all seems a bit mysterious.

I remember seeing these getting built and I enquired about them but heard nothing back, since then I've never seen them listed anywhere to rent on Rightmove, Zoopla etc. I'm guessing they'll be way out of my price range but it just seems odd that there's no inside photos and no other listings since being built.

Mainly just me being nosey but felt like I had to ask..lol.

Milk of the Gods...amazing stuff

Got myself a reduced food bag the other day and inside I got 2 bottles of The Estate Dairy whole milk (sorry no photo from me) and I've gotta say it's the best milk I've ever tasted, even nicer than Grahams.

Was meant to just have a little on my cereal for the morning and ended up chugging the whole bottle & leaving the cereal, no regrets at all.

Not an interesting post at all but I'd love to hear everyone else's favourite milk, even better if you can order it online to be home delivered.

Anyone used North Tyneside Council for an MOT?

I don't know if I've being really thick here or what but I saw a recommendation on here a while back to book an MOT through North Tyneside Council, so I've just booked it and now I'm getting emails mentioning taxi licensing even though I'm not a taxi.

Can anyone confirm this is how it should be or have I went and booked a taxi MOT by mistake?

Reversed into a Guardrail...oops, how much to get repaired?

Stupid me as a newish driver with 6 months under my belt somehow managed to crash into a guardrail whilst reversing down hill and getting carried away.

Compared to the noise it made luckily the damage doesn't seem too bad (I hope), just wondering if anyone knew whether something like this could be easily fixed or do you reckon it'd need a whole brand new tailgate.

For reference it's a Peugeot Bipper Tepee.

Hey all, as the title suggests I'm a newbie to fishing and want to get myself started but at the moment I've got no kit and wondered what people would recommend, I've not got a huge budget but looking for a rod that I can use for pier fishing.

I've seen a lot on Amazon & Argos but I'm guessing these will be bad and break on the first catch, maybe I'm wrong.
