Bottle shorts

I'm looking for shorts that can snugly hold 2x250ml soft flasks in side/hip pockets, plus some other stuff round the back. Any ideas?

I currently run in what are basically PE shorts with pockets, and the weight of the bottles doesn't bother me, just that they move around a bit more than I'd like.

I've looked at belts and they either don't have the capacity, seem to bunch up if fabric-based, or have the bottle pockets in odd or less accessible places. I don't want a vest.

Ideally flappy shorts rather than lycra-tight all the way down the leg but will consider anything at this point!

Strip nitro and darken fretboard

I'm refinishing and refurbing a 2007 Gibson SG Standard, it's had a DIY neck repair that doesn't look very pretty so it's far from a collector's piece but I don't mind, will likely replace most of the electronics too.

I'm assuming the finish is nitro and a combination of acetone, heat from a hair dryer or heat gun plus scraping would get me back to bare wood? If I mask off the binding and the fretboard is that enough to protect it if I'm careful in those areas, or can acetone/heat have drastic effects in those areas? Want to avoid sanding during stripping if possible as I know I would go too far with it.

And it has a fairly light brown rosewood fretboard - how could I treat this to darken it as much as I can without affecting the frets or the (pearl?) block inlays? Again, how could the materials affect the binding, or would it just wipe off?

There’s a pigeon on my upstairs window sill just now, either exhausted or injured, green band with PA25 on it, can’t read the rest. It’s got a bowl of water and some seeds but if it’s still there tomorrow morning who could I get to come and check on it? There are pigeon huts on the bike path near us (G14) but no idea who they belong to.

I struggled to get some decent in-focus pics, but when I move my hands up and down the neck they feel a sharpness, like I could scrape lines in a carrot if I rubbed it on the edge of the neck.

The frets are fitted with whatever technique means that you don't have to hide the fret ends in the fingerboard with binding, I forget its name right now. It's a custom-built neck.

How do those ends look to you, normal or unfinished? Do they just need a file and polish to make them right?
