Ive added you to this group chat, because I have some things I need to say, and my goodbyes to make. You have all stood by my side, even when things got rough. You took a lot of my problems, and carried them like your own. I knew when I got my BPD diagnosis, my life was going to get harder, but it made a lot of sense. My anger, my heavy emotional breakdowns, all a cause of splitting. They say this is one of the most painful mental health disorders to live with..and I agree. But through all of that, you all stood by me and offered me more support than I could ever ask for.

That being said, I can't live with this pain anymore. You are the only three friends left, after everyone else left. I can't keep a relationship cause I'm still learning how to handle my traumas and triggers. It's affecting my personal life, my work life, and everyday I wait for a sign that it's my time. I'm sorry, for all the hurt and pain I caused when you didn't need to carry that burden. Dont worry about me, I've come to terms with the fact I'll never be normal, I'll never be myself again. This is what's best, for everyone involved. Remember the good memories of me, and just remember that, no matter what, you are not alone. I'll always be here.

I'm not going to sit here and pretend I didnt bring my own issues to the table. In fact. We've had many conversations about it, and I know I have a lot to work on. I never said I didnt, and I know you know that.

However, when we sat and laid out what we both felt was missing from the relationship, my answer has, and always has been time. I dont feel we spend enough quality time together. We need to have a talk. Or rather, another talk. Because this isn't the first time I've brought this up, but this will be the last. Not because I don't want to fight for us, but because I'm tired of being the only one fighting for us.

When we entered into this, we told each other we wouldn't let distance become an issue. For awhile, it wasn't. But, something changed. Phone calls help, sure, but I've suggested video chats while we smoke and fool around. I've mentioned watching stuff together on a video call so we can chat and gush about our favorite movies. Hell, even tonight I mentioned watching wrestling cause you told me that was something you loved to do.

But once again, my time, my effort, and my attention isn't being acknowledged or listened to. A simple "Hey, I've had a lot of stuff come up, can we shift our call to a bit later" goes a longer way than leaving me hanging in anticipation.
