For those of you who are currently struggling or in a really tough place in life, I pray that Allah makes it easy for you and I pray that he makes you stronger for the road ahead.

Whether it’s related to school or the workplace or personal matters, I know that a majority of the time we keep these things bottled up and don’t tell anyone, and I recognize that. So that’s why I’m here to tell you all that it’s okay and that Allah is with you.

Can we all just take a quick second to appreciate the fact that the food court Costco hot dog is STILL 1.50$ that includes a drink aswell ? Like in this economy ??? That is lavish living I don’t know about yall 😂 makes me wonder just how much big companies and corporations are really robbing us.

Since there is such a small number of Latin muslims, I wanted to come on here and ask,

What is life like for yall ?

If you’re a revert, are your families accepting of it ?

What are some struggles and challenges you face particularly as a Latin muslim ?

If you reverted, what was the reason/s ?

Any experiences, stories, opinions and insight is greatly appreciated !!

I pose this question as I feel our latin brothers and sisters are often overlooked and kinda forgotten about since there’s such a small population of Latin muslims.

I recently made a post similar to the one I’m about to make right now. When I had posted that original post I didn’t expect to get the amount of backlash I did, and now after seeing that. It’s obvious that more posts like this need to be made in order to combat “that mindset”. I’m not a pick me, I’m not looking for marriage, I’m not looking for comments or upvotes. I’m here to say what I mean and mean what I say.

To treat your wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin right, is Islamic, and not only Islamic. But it’s how real men conduct themselves. And no I’m not advocating to be a “simp” or to let women walk all over you like a doormat, that obviously goes without saying. And yes I understand not everyone is blessed with the best family members.

I say to cherish, love, support, the women in your life. As they are some of the most important people in your life if not THE most. Your mother is the woman who carried you for 9 months and went to unbelievable pain to do so. Then afterwards she breastfed you and took care of you. After infancy she raised you slowly to become a man. If your mother is still alive then go give her a big hug and kiss and tell her how much you love her.

Your wife. The potential future mother of your children. The woman who left her family to be with you. Left what was probably a comfortable and stable environment and entrusted you to be her caretaker. Your partner and best friend for life. Value and cherish her like there’s no tomorrow.

I don’t have a sister, my advice would be to just go give her a big hug and tell her how much she means to you.

Treat the women in your life right, and Allah will take care of you.

Too often I find it that our revert brothers and sisters feel, abandoned, alone, forgotten about, stuck, under appreciated, the goal of this post is to show the revert brothers and sisters that they are loved and cherished and appreciated.

Firstly, whether you reverted 20 years ago or last night, I PERSONALLY want to welcome each and every one of you to Islam :)

O’revert brothers and sisters of Islam. Just know that you are loved, appreciated, respected. We have not forgotten about you, nor will we. To those of you who fast alone during Ramadan. To those of you who pray in secret because you’re the only muslim in your family. To those of you who feel alone and abandoned and forgotten about. Just know, we are here for you. Allah knows of your struggles and your pain.

O’revert brothers and sisters of Islam. You are such a crucial and important part of Islam. You are some of the best and most pious muslims out there and for that, may Allah bless and protect each and every one of you in this life and the next.

Lastly, I just want to thank you reverts for how strong you all are and how hard you guys work when it comes fo your faith.

Hopefully this reaches a large number of reverts and it let’s them know that they are loved and respected and not forgotten about nor abandoned.
