hope this doesn't come as weird but

I've been trying to identify an anime scene I remember watching around 2013, but I can't find it anywhere.

For years I thought it was from Tokyo Ghoul, but after rewatching the first episodes, the scene isn't there, so I might be mixing it up with another anime.

I remember the anime opening with a near rape scene where the criminal was trying to forcefully remove a woman's pants, also it was near a car? or a bridge? defenetly night time and also maybe near a convenience store. this is etched into my memory as Tokyo Ghoul's first episodes but apparently not, I asked chatGPT and he had no fitting answer, am I being mandela affected?

Thanks in advance.

it seems that although i have saved songs from that album in the past and it lists them on my liked, it is unavailable, anyone having the same issue?
