Fairlight Strael 4.0 stem and seat post options

Anyone who decided to build up the Strael 4.0 frameset I'm interested in what you chose for the stem and seatpost and why. I wouldn't mind hearing about the rest of the build options as well if you don't mind. thanks

replace tire?

I've got a pair of Michelin Pro 5 32mm tires with 2200km on them. doesn't seem like a lot to me but today i got 2 flats on the back tire within 20 minutes of each other. and, yes, i did fully check the tire to make sure there wasn't any offending detritus left in the tire to cause the second puncture. Is it possible that it's lifespan is that short?

Marinara sauce won't stick

I have been trying to make a marinara sauce at home that isn't runny and sticks to the noodles. (Our personal favorite from a jar is the Trader Joe's Roasted Garlic). Most recently i used this recipe: https://www.seriouseats.com/the-best-slow-cooked-italian-american-tomato-sauce-red-sauce-recipe which had great flavor (not exactly the TJ's but close enough) but failed to stick to the noodles and still left water at the bottom of the pasta bowl. What is the secret?

Recent fitting before and after. thoughts?

only had a few minor discomforts; back, neck, numb toes. The toes start after only 30 mins but the back and neck start up around hour 3. What do we think of the before and after?

Synapse w/Force w/o the smart sense?

The Synapse with SRAM force is something i'd be very interested in purchasing in the near future. However i do not want the smart sense lighting. Are they really not making that an option? Unfortunately I really prefer the paint job on the smart sense version as well. Can it be removed?

Endurance bikes with SRAM Force

im in the market for an endurance bIke and I would strongly prefer the SRAM force group set. i see it available from Lauf, Pinarello, and Cannondale. Is it truly not possible to get a Canyonr Endurace SLX with Force? And can you get the cannondale with force without the smart sense lights? am I missing any other options?

I'm planning to ride from Vigo, Spain to Lisbon, Portugal this August. There is the N2 and the Eurovelo 1 as well as just mapping it in RWGPS or Strava but I'd like to hear from people who have done it. What route you think is the best, towns to stay in etc., (i'm not camping). I don't want to miss any sort of 'must do' climb or town to see etc.,
