I hate all of my consumers.

A year ago I started off as a peer/ life coach and while maintaining my peer role I’ve become a job coach. I only have hate towards my consumers now. On more than one occasion they tried getting me fired when things don’t go their way. They rarely show up to appointments and often blame me for them not showing up despite giving out reminders. I’ve been yelled at repeatedly never by my boss, but by multiple consumers for very mundane things. I can go on and on. The pay has been ok ever since I transitioned to full time, but now I’m a punching bag for no other reason than trying to help these people. I know I shouldn’t feel this, but it’s the only emotion I can feel regarding them and my own mental health has taken a toll

What do you do if a client joins the same political group as you?

I’m not a therapist, but a peer support specialist and I’m asking for advice and out of curiosity honestly. One of my consumers recently joined the same political group as me. Should I do anything? Sorry if this isn’t appropriate for here

Another fucking ghost bus!!!

The bus didn’t show up again so now I’m wasting 20 bucks on an uber. Apparently this city sending 25% of our budget to police is more important than our ability to go home. Holy shit

NYS won’t tell me if I’m certified or not.

It’s been months and they won’t get back to me. I’ve tried emailing them, calling them, everything. I don’t know what to do. They just won’t fucking respond. I’m worried I’m going to lose my job because of statewide incompetence. It doesn’t help every consumer has been an asshole lately. One called my supervisor 9 times to complain about something I had no control over

Best John Constantine/ HellBlazer run after the original series and the Simon Spurrier run.

I just finished the original run and I was wondering what was the next best thing after those

Tear up this flyer

It portrays Karen Hoak as a progressive, but in reality she’s a Fetterman Democrat who had this flyer put out by a super pac.

Karen Hoak has been bought

This is how and why we have Democrats like John Fetterman. We allow these corporate super PACS buy our politicians and instead of working for us they work for them. This primary season vote for somebody else or you’ll get the same backstabbing
