Shouldnt this pull back?

Im still trying to put it back together after installing new clutch plates

As in my last post, the clutch just doesnt pull back and doesnt even engage/so the rear wheel can spin freely

Is this rod supposed to pull back? I can move it back and forth like 1cm but dont feel anything else move

Hey guys im in switzerland and looking for a cheap car

Im seeing a yaris 2015 with only 25000km on the clock. Which makes me worry about standing damage on it, what do you all think?

There also is a aygo X 2023 automatic with 10000km for the same price, which has more tech but the yaris is a hybrid… conflicted on this

Any insight appreciated

So i been at a job where i have about 20 customer calls a day, been at this job for 4 years

My stutter is very heavy, its rare that i can say a sentencr without 1 block. Basically every customers thinks the phone connection is bad

Anyways, it doesnt get easier it really doesnt. I honestly still dont know what to do. I cant find another job in IT where i dont have customer calls… i go to school also so i can hopefully get a sysadmin job where i dont have customers calls anymore but it takes 3 years…

Why doesnt it get easier, why cant i get used to it, why is it still so stressful, still so much anxiety..

Isnt the brain supposed to get used to it and accept it at some point and realize that the anxiety isnt supposed to be there?

Idk why i even make this post, some cry for hel but i know theres nothing that will help me

I just gotta suck up these next 3 years or just quit and somehow find a job where i dont have to speak and live minimum wage till i somehow find another plan, idk
I really dont know
