Is this normal or something to worry about?

I've been taking Elvanse since May. I started on 30mg and then increased to 50mg.

To be honest, when I first moved up to 50mg, I didn't think it was doing much. My doctor suggested I take a day or two off and then restart it, and wow - that's when I really noticed the difference.

For the first time in my life, I felt this warm sense of optimism. I suddenly wanted to message friends, make plans, spend time with people, and felt genuinely excited about the future. I've always struggled with that, so it was honestly a lovely feeling.

The only downside was that around 4-5pm, I'd get this sort of "evening sadness" as it wore off. I'd suddenly feel defeated, flat, and a bit lost.

Anyway, after finishing my 50mg prescription, my doctor moved me up to 60mg. I was hoping I'd get the same positive effects but for longer. Instead, for the first 4 days I've felt anxious, irritable, stressed, and generally on edge.

I've also noticed some physical symptoms that are worrying me a bit. My forearms felt tingly, almost slightly numb on one side, my hands were freezing cold, the hairs on my arms were standing up, and my hands looked pale. Then later on the journey home it seemed to completely switch - my palms became bright red, hot, and clammy.
Has anyone experienced anything similar when increasing their dose? Did it settle down after a while, or was it a sign the dose was too high?

I really want that calm, optimistic feeling I had on 50mg, but without the evening crash. Would love to hear other people's experiences.

Stage presence for beginners

As a beginner this is nerve wrecking…. How do I improve vocals, stage presence, confidence? I’m a beginner so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Technical support

I’ve been trying to improve my technique. As someone who hasn’t had lessons in very aware that I’m straining a lot of the time. I’ve tried to watch lots of YouTube videos but I still can’t seem to relax my throat.

I also am very aware of a certain squeaky sound im making which I don’t think sounds great for the musical theatre type songs I love.

Is there anything I can do to support my singing?

Has anyone got any technical support?

Thanks in advance I’m still learning :)
