Looking to sell my house in 10 months. I have a few things I’m looking at fixing and refreshing around the house. I don’t know what things are pointless in doing and what things are worth it to help with the sell. Would it be okay to start reaching out to selling agents this far out? Or should i wait?
Broke my left wrist on a trip recently riding. Went a week until I realized it was broken. Then was given a cast for two weeks and have been put in a normal brace for another two weeks. Have a 100 mile enduro race coming up in mid September. Any recommendations on riding braces? I know the Mobius and Leatt options are the best. But would I be able to get away with a minor wrist brace like the EVS WB01? Break was a triquetral avulsion fracture

Basically title, I had a piece of bone push thru my gum and broke off. I set up an appointment with my local VA. They got me in after about a week to be seen by someone. (Not my normal dentist). They checked it out and said I have early Ostenonecrosis of my jaw about 1/4” round piece exposed in the back of my mouth under tooth 32.
Dentist said they don’t treat that at the VA and will refer me to a 3rd party clinic out in town for a debridement.
That’s it. No antibiotics, no aftercare instructions. Just wait for the phone call from the 3rd party clinic.
I started reading up online and it seems like I maybe should have been prescribed and antibiotic or atleast an antimicrobial mouthwash.
Thoughts?
