2.6K EUR net in Vilnius - Worth the switch?

29M single. YOE - 7, current salary - 2.6L/month. Got an offer in Vilnius, Lithuania (4300 EUR gross, ≈2.6K Eur net per month).

As per my research, the expenses would look something like this in Vilnius:

400-600 rent

200 Utilities

200 groceries

Right now, I work remotely. I am renting a place in Kolkata (I like the privacy of living alone). I spend around 25-30K per month on rent, utilities and food (excluding dining out). Do my own cooking and cleaning cuz OCD lmao💀. So I save around 2.2L easily. But it's not permanent remote so there's a possibility of expenses shooting up in future if I have to relocate to my base (Hyderabad).

I like the prospect of EU Blue card as it allows me to change employer after a year. But I am not sure if the interim pay cut would be worth it.

Pros of India: More savings, closer to family

Cons of India: The usual (pollution, infra etc.)

Pros of Vilnius: Quality of life, future growth prospect, better passport (eventually), cheap travel in Europe (can finally do my backpacking trip across Europe without exhausting leaves)

Cons of Vilnius: Less savings, out of comfort zone, unfamiliar territory

Please help me decide. TIA!

Is it a good deal and is buying from Amazon India safe?

https://amzn.in/d/0eCNT58c

With card discount it comes down to 1.39L INR. But I'm not so sure if its a legit listing as it has only 1 review. It has open box delivery so I can check for physical damage before delivery. And I also read that there's a QR on top of the box which I can scan to check if the product's authentic.

  1. Is it a good deal? Should I go ahead with the purchase?

  2. If so, what other things I should watch out for during delivery?

Thanks in advance!

After doing a lot of research and going through multiple posts in this sub, I have decided to buy Riverside 120. My purpose is mainly to prepare for high altitude trek so daily 1 hour of cycling in city roads.

Should I get it online or go to the store and purchase offline? I talked to the store and they mentioned that if I buy from store/opt for store pickup they can assemble it for free. But I also wanted to know if I can assemble it myself. Would I require any specialized tool/expertise?

Also, feel free to suggest any other bicycle as well if you feel it'd fit my use case better. TIA!

Pretty much what the title says. Fianceé and GF of 12 years ditched me last year for her colleague. Finally recovered from it and thinking of getting into the dating scene again. Planning to get married in 2-3 years.

Personally am pretty content with myself and like to spend time alone doing whatever I want. Have a good job and earning a decent amount. Few friends that I have are scattered around so we rarely meet or hang out. I sometimes travel solo or tag along with friends of friends but that's about it. Family situation is kinda fucked as dad is bedridden, elder sis is getting divorced and middle sis is still unmarried, jobless and without any plan for the future at 31.

Would I be considered a 'red flag' when it comes to dating with intention to marry? I am working on my social life but making new friends at this age is pretty hard as a introverted, socially awkward guy. Am I cooked?😅
