Is it a beginning ?
I am 30 years old. Never had this before ! I just took a shower, since we're in a heatwave, i didn't put the water hot, just warmish (on the cold side). I washed my body and face as asual and when i came out my cheeks, forehead and nose was very hot, i looked in the mirror and was red at those placements.

I didn't change my lotion, i didn't put water warm, i have no idea what is going on, is it the start of a rosacea ?
