for context i recived an email regarding from "interstate council of Higher education" regarding highland university of california but the physical address is just a random building in cali and has a view of the bank of America tower. i just want to confirm if this uni is connected to the official "university of California" or just a Scam website and an imaginary uni and a dream. Address: 622 W 8th St, Los Angeles, CA 90017, USA. if anyone here has any experiences with this uni or related let me know. Thanks in advance their website

Here's where most people fail though.
