I’m kind of a tall girl and I love platform shoes and stuff but I’m too insecure to ever wear them. I got a boot that has like 3cm ish heel and Ik it would stupid but I still can’t bring myself to feel comfortable wearing it (even tho I love boots)

Hi guys! I’ve been on a deficit for a weekishs now and I wanted to ask if it’s normal to feel bad and distracted (like I was yesterday), I was driving and I felt very out of it so I had to eat smth once I got to the place I was going and felt better.
Is this a normal experience or am I eating the wrong stuff? (I was wondering if maybe I should eat more protein or something)

Hey, guys, I had a medical procedure earlier this year and as a result I ended up loosing lots of control over my muscles (vocal chord and diaphragm included) which kinda affected my singing. Any advice or exercises I should try?
I got the surgery in January and it has been amazing, I’d do it again a million times. BUT I was not expecting how hard the recovery would be, if anyone else also got it/ wants to ask questions about it please do! I would’ve liked to know what to expect before I got it so I thought I’d offer to connect
