Who was the best NBA team to not win a championship in each decade?

I tried putting together my picks for the best NBA team that failed to win a championship in each decade:
1950s — early 50s Knicks
1960s — 1969 Lakers
1970s — 1976 Braves / 1977 Bulls
1980s — 1984 Bucks
1990s — 1998 Jazz
2000s — 2005 Pacers
2010s — 2018 Rockets
2020s — 2021 nets
Some are pretty straightforward, but the 1970s especially feels like a toss-up.
What would you change? And which team do you think is the strongest “best team to never win” from each decade?

What are the biggest “almost upsets” in World Cup history?

What do you guys think are the biggest almost upsets in World Cup history?

Not necessarily matches where the underdog actually won, but games where a heavily favored team came really close to being knocked out or genuinely struggled against a much weaker side.

A few examples that come to mind:

  • Brazil 1–1 Chile (2014, Brazil won on penalties) — Chile hit the post in the 120th minute and came extremely close to eliminating the hosts.
  • Argentina vs Egypt (2026) they were up 2-0.
  • Paraguay vs Spain (2010)

Why isn’t this guy talked about more when discussing the worst predators in the show? Dude is seriously one of the most overlooked and disturbing cases. He’s way under the radar. Backstory in the caption.

Paul Constantinescu is one of the most disturbing predators from the show that barely gets talked about. In 2006, he showed up to a sting after sexually targeting someone he believed was a 13-year-old, bringing condoms, wine and a camera. He eventually pleaded guilty to two felonies.
But years later, things allegedly got even darker. Paul became involved with actress Satara Stratton, who disappeared in 2011 and was later found alive with horrific injuries. She alleged prolonged captivity, sexual abuse, drugging and extreme violence. Paul was never criminally charged over those allegations, but the circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain deeply disturbing. https://www.cbsnews.com/losangeles/news/family-says-aspiring-actress-was-drugged-tortured-held-captive-by-sex-offender-for-months/?utm_source
Tragically, Stratton never fully recovered from her struggles with addiction and died from an overdose in 2017 at just 29 years old.

What are some of the biggest almost-upsets in NBA playoff history?

One that always stands out to me is the 2003 Blazers vs. Mavericks series. Portland was the 6th seed going up against a 60-win, 3rd-seeded Dallas team, and the Mavs went up 3–0. Somehow, Portland fought all the way back to force a Game 7.

Game 7 was competitive for most of the game too, the Blazers were right there until Dallas finally pulled away with a late run in the final couple minutes and another one is the 2012 Celtics–Sixers Eastern Conference Semifinals. It went to a Game 7, and Philly competed hard throughout, the game was tightly contested quarter after quarter. The Sixers were right there until Rondo took over with a heroic late run to lead Boston to the win. Or the 1998 Nets taking the Bulls to the limit in the first round. It was a best of 3 series, and New Jersey made both of the first two games competitive against the defending champs before Chicago eventually closed it out. You also had the 1992 series between the Jazz and clippers

What are some other series where a team came this close to pulling off an upset that would’ve gone down as one of the biggest in NBA history?

Does anyone have reliable English language sources on the origins of Western Sahara and its history?

I looked through the subreddit, and I noticed that some of the sources shared are non English books.

Does anyone have access to PimEyes? I’m trying to identify an actor from a clip/photo.

Not sure if this is the right subreddit, but I was wondering if anyone here already has a PimEyes account and would be willing to run an image search for me. The subscription is pretty expensive, so I thought I’d ask before paying for it.
I also heard there are people here or on OSINT subreddit who can help with this, but the OSINT subreddit doesn’t allow posts mentioning PimEyes because of concerns about misuse, harassment, and privacy.

Was the Identity of the Woman Screaming in the Car Ever Revealed? This door cam footage Went Viral in 2019 and I’m Still Curious.

On November 12, 2019, residents in a Los Angeles neighborhood reported hearing terrifying screams from a woman yelling, “Help me! Someone help me!” late at night. Witnesses said they saw a white vehicle with two occupants and a woman with dark braided hair inside. Some reported seeing her hair being violently pulled backward, while a male voice could allegedly be heard saying, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” The woman was described as a Black female.
Despite widespread speculation online, the LAPD never publicly concluded that the incident was a hoax, nor did investigators definitively link it to any known missing-person case. At one point, it was speculated that the woman could have been a local missing person, but the missing woman’s mother publicly rejected those claims. To this day, the identity of the woman and what actually occurred that night remain unclear.

Why do Hotstar episode links from Google keep redirecting me to the homepage? Usually this doesn`t happen.

Whenever I click a specific episode link for Hotstar from Google search results, it just redirects me to the Hotstar homepage instead of opening the episode. I’ve tried multiple links and it keeps happening. Is this a region issue, broken links, app/browser problem, or something else? Anyone know a fix?

From what I remember, Shreya was portrayed as a dedicated and composed officer, so I’m genuinely curious about how her character evolved in that direction. Was it a gradual shift driven by specific events, or a sudden narrative twist?

If anyone has a detailed breakdown of her character arc including key episodes, motivations, and the context behind this transition, I’d really appreciate an in-depth explanation.
