Positive pregnancy test 13 June
26 June dr notes
LMP was 05/01/26 ,expected 7w 6d EGA with EDD 02/05/2027. HCG on 06/15 was 27,098. Cycles regular, every 28-29 days, sometimes irregular in the last year.
She has history of diminished ovarian reserve. She was on estradiol patches but stopped them; still taking Prometrium 100 mg nightly.
She believes the only date she could have conceived was 05/12 and was EWCM that day
TV findings
Fetal pole not visualized
Gestational sac 2.18 cm consistent with 7w 1d
Yolk sac: present

July 2nd
Just went to the Dr and she was all positive saying fetal pole is now measuring 6w1d. No heartbeat but it may be too early. HCG rising. But dates dont match.
She is recommending another ultrasound on Tuesday and then D&C or not.
So confusing.
