Online CLEP test

Has anyone here taken a CLEP test online? What was your experience? I've read other posts about how the proctor is distracting or they got disqualified for resting their hand on their chin, etc. Also wondering if you really have to cover everything in the room and if my husband's computer monitors on the other side of the room will be an issue. The nearest test center is 1.5 hours away so debating if I should just make the drive or do online.

HIS 111 Online

Has anyone taken HIS 111 with Professor Glass or had him for any other classes online? Debating whether I should take his 12 week class or professor Sorensen's 16 week class.

Am I overloading myself?

I am scheduled to take Art survey history 1 and world civilizations 1. Do these courses have a heavy workload? Trying to decide if I should just take 1 class a semester since I work 40 hours a week. I took general biology 1 over the summer as a 4 week course, I passed with a B but it was rough.

Is 3 classes too much for working full time?

For all the full time workers out there, would you recommend or have you successfully been able to complete 3 community college courses in 1 semester?

Scholarship options?

I'm looking to transfer after I complete my associates and I will be leaving my full time job to do so. Does UNCW offer any scholarships that cover a significant amount of tuition? I can't avoid loans but trying to minimize the amount I borrow.

Thoughts on the history program?

I will be completing my associates in arts next year and hopefully attending uncw fall 2027. Any thoughts/ advice regarding the history program, transferring to UNCW, or just the school in general?

Back to school

I am considering going back to school in person to finish my bachelor's in history with a minor in English. I already have an associates so I would be transferring in. I currently work full time and im wanting to leave and get a part time job while in school. My partner has agreed as long as all my expenses are covered by me. I am still eligible to be on my parents insurance as I'm under 26. Also my first year would be mostly covered by financial aid and scholarships so I'd only have to worry about the second year which would cost around $7500 which is fine. My goal is to work in a library as an associate or assistant when im finished which would be more than my current job.
