Dividends for last FY ~10 Lakhs.
I have another account. Not attaching SS of that.
Total dividends for the year ~10 lakhs.
Yes I pay high income tax but it also makes peaceful that I can survive only on dividends.
Things which worked out well - vision and DRIP.
I'm 32.
Get good dividends but now focus on emergency funds. Need suggestions
Hi everyone,
I am in IT. I got introduced to the markets since 2017. Roughly generated okayish wealth by being frugal and invested in RIL, Titan, Tata Consumer kind of stocks and avoiding large cap banks.
Since last 2 years shifted to InvITs. Now since I am seeing layoffs everywhere my risk appetite has gone down and I am increasing my emergency funds.
I get good dividends every quarter.
Should I invest those dividends in fixed deposits, arbitrage funds or REITs like Nexus Select/Embassy.
Need answers from people with experience and with reason please.

[For Hire] Senior Mobile Systems Architect | I build Android apps that don’t break under 1M+ users.
Most apps fail because they can't scale. I’ve spent the last decade inside corporate ecosystems, building the kind of mobile infrastructure that handles high-concurrency, complex modularization, and strict data privacy.
I’m looking for 1-2 side projects where "good enough" isn't an option.
What I bring to your hustle:
- Modular Architecture: I don't just write code; I build systems that stay maintainable 3 years from now.
- Clean Migration: Expert at refactoring monolithic "spaghetti" apps into modern, testable KMP or Jetpack Compose architectures.
- The "Corporate" Polish: I implement the security, offline-first reliability, and performance optimization usually reserved for Fortune 500 apps.
If you have a project that is outgrowing its current dev or a complex idea that needs a rock-solid foundation, let’s talk.
