Thijs Dallinga signs for 1. FC Köln
Signing now offical and confirmed by the club.

Signing now offical and confirmed by the club.
Bild reporting that transfer has been revived and there is an agreement between the clubs, though there is currently a sizeable gap between Skiri’s wage demands and what the club are prepared to pay.
Sky report that a deal has been agreed and Dallinga will join the club subject to a Medical.
Deal is initially a one year loan with an €11m buy option.
So for the U.K. the coverage of the Bundesliga hasn’t changed from last season.
The Fri match will again be shown FTA via BBC Iplayer and various YouTube channels.
The Saturday Topspiel will remain on Sky, with Sunday Afternoon games available PPV through Amazon.
DFB Play will again be the home of the DFB Pokal with one game per round also shown live on Premier Sports. Liga 3 games will also continue to be broadcast live.
However, I can’t find any information regarding Liga 2. None of the fixtures for this weekend’s openers are currently shown in the listings.
I was hoping they would be available again on YouTube though I’m a bit concerned there’s nothing listed with just two days to go until the first game.
Has anyone heard anything regarding this?
Sky reporting that a deal has been agreed and that the player will arrive on Thursday for a medical and then sign a 3 year contract.
Seems like he will initially go into to the U21 and then hopefully progress to the first team from there.
He’s currently at Crystal Palace but was on loan in the English Championship last season playing for Derby.
Seems there are other clubs in the running. Derby would like to take him back permanently, plus newly promoted Hull and also Marseille are all said to be interested.
There have been a number of reports linking the club with a loan move for Moore over the course of the Summer.
Fabrizio Romano now reporting that Effzeh are clear favourites to land the youngster and that talks over a deal are now advanced.
According to Sky Deutschland, Kessler is extremely irritated by Dortmund’s conduct and low ball offer and will now not consider any further offers they may make for El Mala.
Two years after it premiered in the US on PBS, ITV have finally decided to given season 4 a U.K. air date!
The first episode of the 3 part season will premiere on Sunday 2 August.
Sky report that Dortmund made an offer of
€26m plus €16m in bonuses though only €8m of the bonuses were achievable, which makes it a worse offer than the one turned down from Brighton before the end of last season.
As expected the club rejected it straight away but expect Dortmund to come back with an improved offer.
Medical booked for tomorrow. Will initially join as third choice keeper behind Schwäbe & Zieler but club looking to develop him.
When Owen and Robyn arrived at that outpost to wait for Viking, the Russian solider who was there to greet them is the same actor who played the Ukrainian agent that Poisoned Malotru at the end of the season 4.
The other Russian solider at the outpost was also one of the Ukrainian agents in that episode .He was the one who seemed to be charge and was in the car with Malotru and Marina.
Sky report that a deal has now been agreed for the 18 year old forward, who will join from Man City’s academy.
They report it’s a permanent deal for €2m with contract until 2030.
Seems the club beat of competition from several other clubs, I think this is a very exciting signing.
The reason’s for Schenten’s decision don’t seem to be completely clear, but this is likely to be a huge frustration for Kessler and the management team, as the clear plan for Schenten’s next steps were a loan away from the club to get game time.
Express reporting that the club would like to sign a box to box midfielder as well as an experienced no6 for the midfield and that Rosengren has emerged as a target.
They also mention in the article that Skiri now looks likely to be signed as the 6 as Edson Alvarez’s wages are too high, though Sky did report this morning that Alvarez remains the top target and Skiri is the back up option so make of that what you will!
According to Sky Italia, the club had an offer turned down which was believed to be a loan with a buy obligation for around €7-€8m.
Looks like a difficult deal to do as Inter seem to be insisting on buy back options for next summer and the following summer.
Brentford and Wolfsburg are also believed to be interested.
According to multiple sources a lone deal for Edson Alvarez has been agreed with West Ham and it is now up to the player.
The sticking point (as it was always likely to be) is Alvarez’s wages. He would need to take a big wage cut to come to us and likely has better options financially available in Turkey.
Despite this there does still seem to be some confidence within the club that he will come to us as apparently he would like to play in the Bundesliga and has a very good relationship with Tim Steidten who brought him to West Ham.
Should Alvarez decide not to come, Bild report that Skiri is the main alternative and that there has already been some contact between the club and the player’s representatives.
This is also being reported by Sky, a deal has been agreed for around €1m. He currently plays for Sydney FC in the A League.
Looks like a lot is happening, Sky also reporting Gideon Mensah now done and that there is now an agreement in principle for Edson Alvarez to join.
I have to say I had forgotten he was still a Köln player, but he has now moved permanently to AGF Aarhus after spending last season on loan there and winning the Danish Super League.
After a promising start with us he turned out to be a very disappointing signing. All the same good luck to him with the rest of his career.
Looks like Mensah will be our new LB. According to the Express talks have progressed well and the final details are now being tied up.
