For songs that arent on spotify, whats the best way to get them as a local file? Id love a bunch of John Frusciante songs and Red Hot Chili Peppers B Sides but they arent on spotify 😭. How do i get them? I own the CDs of most of these, so I dont feel bad as the artists can lose out of money as the songs are available to play

I was looking at a Nashville stratocaster, as i absolutely love the sound of a Tele but they are so ugly (sorry tele fans). I could only find the squier ones in Cream Yellow and Sunburst. Has there ever been a white Nashville Strat? If not, what could i do to replicate the look and sound of one with other parts?

I don't understand this album at all and I'd love to love it.

I've listened to most of John's solo stuff at this point, and while NL+UJaTS and SFTSYH are still absolutely my favourites (both in my top 10 by anyone) I absolutely love his 4 track guitar music EP, and all of his 2004 albums and EP (except TWTD which I can't get into).

I've even gotten into some of his electronic stuff in trickfinger and such. The Empyrean is always regarded as his best works but I really can't get it, especially considering it was one of the reasons we didn't get any chili peppers records with him for a decade or more after, as I believe he wanted time to work on it but the others wanted to make a band album. With all that said, After the Ending is one of my favourite John songs weirdly enough.

Which songs would you guys recommend from that album? I've listened to it through a few times but I'm sure I can get into it at some point, as I didn't like SCWP for ages and now it's probably my second or third favourite he's done 🙏
