Built an outdoor climbing pyramid for my kids out of birch logs and leftover timber. Wanted that raw, nostalgia-filled 90s childhood backyard vibe—just proper chainsaw joinery this time! 🪵axe

I had this vision in my head to build a sturdy, rustic climbing frame just like the stuff we used to build back in the day from whatever was laying around the yard.

Designed and built it myself using a Stihl chainsaw to cut custom joinery so it holds rock-solid without relying on cheap metal brackets. My partner took care of the painting while I watched the kids (not sure who got the harder task! 😄).

Loved how the wood grain came out on top after applying the finish. My daughter already gave it a 10/10 safety & fun test! Let me know what you think!

Made these personalized birth & 1st birthday milestone boards for my daughter, Kalinka. I prefer handcrafted wooden decor over laser-cut mass production, so I built them myself!

Hey everyone!

When my daughter Kalinka was born, I wanted something truly unique to commemorate her arrival and her 1st birthday milestone, rather than buying a generic, mass-produced piece from a factory.

So, I rolled up my sleeves in my workshop and built these two pieces by hand:

The Cloud Birth Announcement: A soft cloud shape featuring hand-finished wooden lettering and stars, framed with warm micro-lights for a cozy nursery glow.

The 1st Birthday Photo Board: A dedicated arch board to track her growth month-by-month for her first year, complete with her birth stats (weight, length, date, and exact time) and colorful custom lettering.

Crafting these for my own child meant putting extra heart into every edge and detail.

Built a heavy-duty live-edge sandbox for my daughter... but my dog officially claimed it as his new private beach resort. Swipe to see the supervisor.

Hey everyone! Decided to skip the cheap plastic store sandboxes and made this heavy-duty one instead.

The frame is made from leftover wood from my previous projects that I decided to upcycle. The seats feature beautiful natural live edges that I spent quite some time sanding down to make sure it's 100% safe and splinter-free for my daughter.

As you can see on the second photo, my dog decided that he is the rightful owner of this new "beach". Let me know what you think of the design and the finish! 🪵☀️

As a craftsman, I wanted to give my baby daughter a truly unique, handmade keepsake for her nursery. This is what I made for her.

Hey everyone! I’ve always valued handmade craftsmanship over mass-produced items. When I was looking for a truly unique, 100% handcrafted name sign for a nursery, everything online felt a bit too "laser-cut factory made" and lacked soul.

As a craftsman, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create this custom piece from scratch. I’m honestly so proud of how it turned out! It’s designed to be a timeless keepsake that stays with the child for years.

If you appreciate authentic handmade work with a story and want something similar for your nursery, let me know! I just launched my Etsy shop and would love to share the link with you.

Wanted a clean way to display our travel memories in the office. Handcrafted this 3-panel magnetic board (metal on premium plywood).

My travel magnet collection was getting out of control, so I handcrafted a massive 3-panel display. It's finally on the wall!
